Clean apartment, great size, air-conditioning in the 2 bedrooms, good quality bed and bath linens, well equipped, great location, well served breakfast, attentive and kind staff. But the best of all was undoubtedly the privileged view of the sea, what a spectacular balcony, I will never forget it!

We are a flia of 5. 2 adults and 3 children. The excellent response from the host. We had a pleasant surprise because the location is unbeatable, you are on the beach. BEAUTIFUL VIEW. The photos in the apartment are as is. Breakfast with the necessary, eggs, ham, cheese, fruits and something sweet, coffee with milk, juices, Yogures. We will definitely be back!!! We loved it, I would definitely go back to the same place!! Thank you for this vacation!!!!

It was a great stay, the space is small, a hotel suite, with a small kitchen structure. But comfortable, very clean and organized. Great location, beachfront. Ideal for a couple. I'd definitely be back.

Great location and cost-effective.

A great apartment, with the equipment working well, with the exception of the air conditioning control in the double room. But it didn't cause so much trouble, since you could use the air control of the single room. Perfect location, good pool, good breakfast and very friendly and helpful staff.

we stayed for 10 days at the residence, to take a course in Natal.... the employees are extremely friendly and supportive, the apartment meets all our needs with air conditioning, daily cleaning if you wish, full breakfast and the best...parking at the door. The Residencial is overlooking the sea with a black tip on the side of a Esmeralda resort. Super well located but a little noisy... nothing that bothered too much. The apartment was super clear and we could see the sunrise in the sea.... but the blackouts are a little insufficient and the clarity goes through the cracks. the only negative thing that can improve or I can point out is that the shower is kind of slow ( little water ) even, but you can shower without problems and the box is a little small....We had a problem with the toilet and hygienic shower that were resolved promptly. Ahhh I did not use the pool, but it is very small - and don't expect much in this regard. I'll be back for sure

Perfect flat, fully furnished, complete with everything you need, spacious, a beautiful view from the balcony to the sea and Morro do Careca, spacious garage, polite receptionists, clean and beautiful pools, super kind hostess, always willing to guide, I will return again and recommend it to everyone.

We already stayed in two other very good flats in Ponta Negra, but this was undoubtedly the best! Very nice, comfortable and well located. Me and my husband managed to do several things on foot, including going to the waterfront, which is close. Super I recommend this flat for those who want to visit Natal and to explore the region! It was 4 days and we were able to do several tours. The location is perfect, as in addition to having everything nearby, it greatly facilitates the logistics of the tours. Just set up a script and enjoy it, because RN has an amazing schedule! And Juliana (my xará <3) is an excellent host. Very attentive, quick to respond, and with a super-care space. We already want to go back and definitely host us again in this wonderful flat!

I only held two overnight stays in the Host's apartment, as I used only as a support base for a trip we made to Bonito - MS.

Great flat. Bed linen is only clean, the host was super available, she recommended a tour with the best buggy driver in the region (Nego) and everything I needed was available. I'll be back for sure!
