Monthly Rentals in National Park

This airbnb worked out great for our family - all 3 generations were able to be well accommodated in many different ways. There were recommendations for local restaurants & things to do left for us , some extra amenities made available to us, and the host even put out the high chair and pack n play in advance for us as she knew we had a baby in our group. There was more than enough space for everyone to be together in rooms, as well as plenty of space in the individual bedrooms. The fenced in yard and lil koi pond were also great features for the kids. The on site laundry and multiple full bathrooms were huge plusses as well! lf we find ourselves needing a place within the area in the future, we will definitely look to book here again as we were made very welcome & very comfortable.

A wonderful apartment in the center of the city. Amazing view of the city‘s skyline and an incredible rooftop to relax and enjoy the view. We loved the household appliances (dishwasher, washing machine and dryer), as well as the home decoration. Although, it’s a bit noisy due to its location, we didn’t mind cause we got used to it after a short time. I would highly recommend it!

I stayed at Ashraf's place for several months, so got to know it quite well, and it was truly an excellent place to call home in South Philly. My favorite things were the large windows that let in plenty of light, the shower and the rooftop with a great view of the skyline. It was very comfortable for working remotely, and though you can hear typical city sounds, it was nice and quiet. The area is terrific, plenty of food, drink, coffee options nearby, quiet and felt safe. Ashraf was a friendly, helpful and responsive host. A few things that are not criticisms but good to know for guests: While you have the whole top floor to yourself and the bedroom and bathroom are private, the hallway and kitchen are a tad more "public" in that there isn't a door to the top floor itself. There isn't a full fledged dining area. And while the bed was fine, I wouldn't have minded a better mattress. Those little things aside, I highly recommend Ashraf's place and would definitely stay again.

I like apartment, it’s clean, new furniture, complex with parking and dog park, I feel safe and comfy. Host was super helpful.
