Spectacular View - Green House

The location and view of Fortaleza Bay are a distinguishing characteristic of this house. The house has two bedrooms, a living room, kitchen, bathroom and an outdoor shower. Ideal for 4 people, maximum 6. The property has parking for the car. For those coming by bus from São Paulo or Rio de Janeiro, arriving at the bus station, you need to take the local bus to Fortaleza to get to the house. This same bus serves other destinations, the central part, the northern beaches and also the others in the south. Another alternative is the Uber service, which is growing in the city, so it is often possible to request them. Next to the house, there is a small shop with basic items. For those looking for a larger supermarket, there is the Praia Dura Supermarket (returning to the highway, go right, and you will find the market on the opposite side) and there is the Paulista Supermarket in Lázaro (located on Lázaro beach). For a pharmacy, we recommend Praia Maranduba or Praia Lázaro (which is often not open, so Praia Maranduba is the first option). About the beaches, Fortaleza beach is a beach with calm waters and offers some kiosks. Praia Brava da Fortaleza is more deserted, has a smaller stretch of sand, and it is possible to surf. Guests can access them on foot, with Fortaleza being about 400 meters away, a 5-10 minute walk, and about 5 more minutes to get to Brava da Fortaleza beach. I like to personally welcome guests when possible, but there is also a nearby caretaker. For foreign guests, I speak German and English.

Bonete 1 double suite + 2 bedrooms The Bonete beach of Ubatuba is reachable by a 15min boat journey or a 40min walk on a trail inside the tropical forest. It is a fishing village where, 40 years ago, a group of friends fell in love with the place and now have their summer homes and share this paradise with native residents. A unique place on the northern coast of São Paulo. It has no road access, is fully preserved and away from the beaches everyday common suffering for farm real estate and the amount of people that attend. Our house has three rooms: A double suite, upstairs bathroom with shower and air conditioning and the gas monitor and a 32 "for videos. Two rooms on the ground floor: One bedroom with double bed and A room with two single beds, which can turn a double bed. A bathroom with shower gas and solar, which serves these two ground-floor rooms. Full kitchen with two large refrigerators w / wood stove and freezer. Living room and dining room, two terraces and large networks. Exemption for groceries. Possesses landline. Voltage: 110Volts.

An oasis in the middle of nature, it mixes the countryside with the beach. The house is very spacious, rustic and cozy architecture, in a quiet environment. Well equipped for cooking, barbecuing, with hammocks, fireplace and garden with shower. Perfect place to rest, enjoy as a couple, with family and friends. Praia Brava is a refuge: small and with tree shadows! Calm waters, sometimes offering space for surfing. Access is by walking for about 10 minutes. Delicious connection with nature!

Architects' Beach House with Privileged View

Designed by Carlos Lemos, our house is one-story, spacious, and super bright. Situated on a plot of land with a privileged view of the sea and the mountains. It is surrounded by the Atlantic Forest, with few neighbors, about 500 meters from the beach. The house is well equipped with a full kitchen and laundry room, and has fast internet (100Mb) with Wi-Fi in all rooms. The living room has a fireplace and the balcony outdoor area is quite large with a deck, hammocks and a portable barbecue.

From the balcony of the house, you can see the Atlantic and the garden, with beautiful flowers and trees typical of the Atlantic Forest. Paradise on the beach

A simple but cozy house, where you can rest 40 meters from the beach, lying in the hammock or having a delicious barbecue surrounded by nature. The beach is extensive and the walk is wonderful, and you can also dive or take photos with the small fish in the "little beach". Casa da Gaby in Praia Brava of Fortaleza

Sit in the hammock on the balcony with a wood stove, put fruit in the feeder and wait for the visit of the winged neighbors (the most beautiful birds of the Atlantic Forest). Then get up, walk 200 meters to the beach, passing through a trail in the middle of the woods.
