The house is cute. Exactly as the description, were days of peace and nature. Cenira was great in the whole process. I will definitely return and indicate this place.

We have thousands of compliments to Marcelo and the place. The house is complete! If you need to cook, if you need leisure, if you need rest: it has everything! The birds on the balcony are beautiful and we also fall in love with the kittens of the condominium. Very quiet place, there was no ngm in the top house until the last day, so it was silent in this context. The decor of the house exudes culture and care, you can see a little of the personality and affection of the owners with their guests. For sure Marcelo's kindness is a differential! He cares about his arrival, how the road went, with his needs and is always ready to take care of and sort things out. We leave there with the desire to return, it makes you want to move to the condominium. Haha We recommend to everyone! Access to the places very easy if you are in a car. Praia do Tenório very close by. Despite the carnival, with calm and patience we were able to do everything and went everywhere we wanted, including more distant beaches. See you next time!

Extremely nice clean place. Maristela is an amazing host, responds quickly, eases check-in and check-out, making it very easy to stay. The loft is exactly the same as in the pictures, very structured, has all the necessary utensils, in addition to being in a great location. Close to the beach and local shops. We had an amazing experience and can enjoy everything with our pets in complete safety. I have nothing to complain about... The loft and the hospitality of Maristela are wonderful. I'd come back without a second thought!

The location of the condominium is easy to find and the reception staff was well educated. The accommodation is spacious for a couple, highlighting the comfort of the living room, the very large bathroom with a great shower and the pleasant balcony overlooking the forest, great for relaxing. We are surprised by the proximity of the beach, it really is a few meters until you put your foot in the sand. The host was always very helpful and attentive, responding to us with speed and education. We love our stay. If possible, we will return.

Excellent location, very close to the beach. Clean and organized place. Faithful photos. Livia always available, answering all questions. The loft perfectly served my family in the 5 days (2 adults and 2 children). Only one note: the loft has a minibar and not a refrigerator, so a prior organization with drinks and food is required. I recommend it!

Airbnb is beautiful, exactly as described in the photos. It has TV, air conditioning, electric shower, and in the outdoor area there is hammock, beach chairs and a full kitchen (with table, stove, set of dishes, glasses, cutlery, coffee maker, airfryer, refrigerator, water purifier). The outlet voltage is 110V but there is a 220V socket as well. The owner is super kind and helpful. The location is otima (on the beach side) and in the surroundings there are numerous options of restaurants, kiosks and tours. I highly recommend!

I had an amazing experience in this apê! The place is exactly as in the pictures: clean, organized and comfortable. The location is also excellent, close to everything we need to enjoy the days there. The highlight goes to the host, which was simply impeccable from beginning to end! Attentive, helpful and always available to help with any questions or tips from the region. It can feel like he really cares about the experience of whoever stays. We really enjoyed our stay. Paty and her family were very receptive and attentive, which makes a big difference. The place is as described in the photos, everything is clean and well organized, a supermarket nearby, the convenience of an elevator and parking. Access to several beaches. stay was wonderful, the loft is super well equipped and clean, the bath towels were super smelling and both Thiago and Tamie are super attentive.

Strengths: it has a good shower, comfortable bed, air conditioning worked well, the basic necessities and all the utensils described were available, close to bakery and markets. Negative points: the garage is open, there is no gate or wall ; any pedestrian that passes through there has to touch the vehicle and, although there is a security camera, this type of information should be fundamental in the listing, because in the photos you could not see that the garage was like this . We stayed on the first floor and the other guests who passed through our loft could see inside, especially with the lights on and we only found out later and began to lower the awning that had to have privacy. We thought that for improvement it would be good to have pots to store food. In general, all the details are properly consistent with the author's description. We feel good and we suggest you to host onsite. It was really good.

We feel comfortable, there is a balcony with ash ash that can smoke, quiet place, very clean, good mto kitchen, with super brand new utensils and pans, without counting the host's attention, always willing, with fast communication, super recommend!!

Clean, organized and cozy place. Perfect for couple and very well located. The host quickly responds to messages by answering questions and giving guidance. I'll go back to Ubatuba and I'm sure I'll love being in the loft.

Had a great experience hosting! The place is very quiet, ideal to rest and enjoy calmly. The accommodation is perfect for up to three people, very functional and well-equipped. Everything was clean, organized and according to the announcement. The Jairo and Robson hosts always responded quickly when I needed it, super attentive. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to those who seek comfort and tranquility.
