Dear guests, I warmly welcome you to my apartment: fully equipped, cozy, bright, spacious (about 55 sqm)... I especially appreciate the proximity to Leipzig city center (about 11 minutes by tram), to the New Fair (8 minutes by car) and to Abtnaundorfer Park (2 minutes on foot), the green oasis 💚 right on the doorstep. In my spacious rooftop garden you can relax and unwind over the rooftops of the city. PS: My bedroom has a ceiling fan.

My pretty apartment is suitable for couples, solo travelers and business travelers. It is located about 3 km from the city center, in a quiet location. Within walking distance, 1 km away, are the UFZ and the KUBUS. In the immediate vicinity are EDEKA, bakery, pharmacy and others for daily needs. The center can be reached by tram in about 10 minutes. Pets are not allowed for hygiene reasons. Smoking is also not allowed.
