On the ground floor, a large 45 m2 living room with rustic and contemporary charm with kitchen, dining room and living room with sofa bed, reversible air conditioning and a patio and independent garden. It is the perfect base for exploring the Médoc: Lake Hourtin, the ocean beaches of Pin Sec and Hourtin, Montalivet, Soulac-sur-Mer, the Gironde estuary, vineyards... The accommodation has been recently renovated in a cabin style. It can accommodate: - up to 3 adults, - or 2 adults and 1 child. Possibility of accommodating a 2nd child upon prior request.

The mill is located on a wine estate, 15 to 30 minutes from the classified grand crus of St Estèphe, Pauillac, Margaux Close to the ocean beaches of Hourtin, Montalivet, Soulac (25 to 40 minutes) Bordeaux is 1 hour away.
