It exceeded my expectations, clean, pleasant place, air-conditioning, TV, Wi-Fi, everything working. The host is always available and attentive to everything. Glass bathroom ceiling, very different and wonderful, showering while watching the stars. Close to the beach. Clean and uncrowded beach. I highly recommend it. I'll be back soon.

I stayed at Daniel's last minute place. He responded quickly and it was already 9 p.m. When I arrived around 11pm everything was flawless and ready to receive me. He even helped me find a place for dinner. Dona Katia prepares a variable and super tasty coffee shop. I couldn't even eat it all. The house is comfortable and super clean. I would definitely recommend and come back to stay again.

Excellent location, close to the beach and Beto Carreiro park, close to the center with several options of restaurants, markets and pharmacies. Great accommodation, clean and organized environment. Eralda and her family welcomed us very warmly and shared good tips about the city.

We had an amazing experience! The place is great, very cozy and well-maintained. The hosts were super gentle and always responded quickly and attentively. I needed to check in early and they readily provided a room for an affordable value — it was a huge help! The breakfast is impeccable, all fresh and delicious. If I return to Penha, I will definitely stay with them again. I recommend it with my eyes closed!

The stay with Antonio was great, he and his wife were very attentive, as we were coming from a move, they helped us a lot with tips about the city and the breakfast offered by them was great, a very good coffee, fresh bread. They were also receptive and affectionate with our pet and the location of the house is very good, close to the beach, very close to restaurants, the main streets, we felt at home!

It was very good, Carol is an extremely kind and receptive person, a place of quiet and cozy, and not to mention that it is a great location.

We were very well received by Ivone, who made our entry more flexible before the scheduled time! Every morning, it awaited us with a delicious coffee. Good bed, good air-conditioning, only the shower that is not in agreement, little water. But everything was great we'll be back for sure.

What a great find! Maria and (her daughter) Ana were lovely hosts, helpful, kind, and responsive. The apartment was exactly as shown online: very clean, centrally located, and logistically easy to find, to check-in, and to adapt to. Thankful to both of them for their hospitality. Whether you speak english or portuguese, you'll feel right at home.

Ademir is pure friendliness and my stay was perfect. Warm shower, air-conditioned room and delicious breakfast. I walked to Beto Carrero, a quiet walk. There are lots of restaurants nearby. We recommend Pizzaria La Roza. If we go back to Penha, we will definitely repeat the reservation.

It's such a warm place, it's a family that they work as a team , my mom arrives with my daughter instead and they are open the door without a problem!!! Everything was great, Ana very friendly and ready to help. I ordered a surprise birthday cake and she made td with great affection, with balloons and sails. The room has the essentials to stay a few days, but it would just change the shower to be perfect kkkk Great location, all very close, and the last breakfast at the inn that is close to where the room is. Sure I'll be back soon!
