The apartment is quietly located on the outskirts of the city, with an unobstructed view of the mountains and a large balcony. Hiking trails start right outside the front door. The furnishings are high quality, with air conditioning and a fully equipped kitchen. A private parking space and separate entrance are available. The train station is 5 minutes away, the city centre can be reached in 15 minutes. Guests receive the Innsbruck Welcome Card, which allows them to use buses and trains free of charge.

Depending on whether it's summer or winter, you can enjoy the sun and the sound of the stream outside the hut or warm yourself by the 90-year-old wood-burning stove and enjoy a hot cup of tea while watching the snowflakes outside the window. Leave your laptop at home and treat yourself to a few convivial days in our hut - away from the hustle and bustle of the world.

Bright large studio in a quiet neighbourhood and central location. Within 10min walking distance you'll find groceries stores, train station, restaurants and city center. The apartment is perfect for a max. 6 person group. The fully equipped kitchen, living and working space as well as the wonderful terrace make it an excellent choice for longer stays. We are private room landlords and offer apartments in our own house. My name is Angela and I will always be on site during your stay.

A supermarket is about 3 minutes away. The bike path passes by in the immediate vicinity. In winter, the ski resort on Kolsassberg is ideal for beginners. Not far away there is the possibility to end the day culinarily in the Wellnesshotel Rettenberg.
