Monthly Rentals in Navy Yard, Washington

I stayed this location for 3 months for a travel assignment. Shia was a great host. The location was nice. Plenty of street parking.

Great apartment with easy access to highway and very handy parking. Apartment well set-up for a long stay like mine. Really enjoyed my stay there!

Exceeded expectations! We could tell before we even walked in that Samantha and Jamal really care about their guest’s experience. They were great at communicating and reaching out proactively to make sure we had everything we needed. We really appreciated the little gestures left around the apartment like the basket of toys for our little one, water bottles and snacks as well as a cold brita pitcher in the fridge, and toiletries for the bath. There was also so much light that made the space feel homey, clean, and bright. We were just there for the weekend and are already thinking about returning because there’s so much to do in the area. It’s very walkable to yards park, the nationals stadium, and lots of restaurants even for a toddler. It would also be an excellent place for a longer stay for those traveling for work and has everything you would need like a full fridge/ freezer, stove, oven, dishwasher, multiple tvs, a desk, and plenty of storage including a dresser and closet.

Great stay. I recommend choosing this host for when in DC. Thank you all again very much. Everyone was wonderful!
