house as shown in the photos, Enrico was kindly flexible on check-in; very quiet, in the heart of Fabriano, in a beautifully restored historical setting. Everything works properly in the house. Very satisfied

The place is in a great location, off the beaten path, but you can still get to the city quickly. The view from the balcony is beautiful, the pool is great. We were alone almost the entire time, so we had a lot of privacy. It is also great that the garden is completely fenced and is therefore well suited for people with dogs. A few basics like oil, dishwasher tabs or coffee would have been great. We bought these things ourselves. All in all a great place to have a relaxing time!

The house is simply delicious, clean, cozy, well organized and comfortable. Tamara is special in ways, in her kindness and availability. It was a wonderful stay, like being at home and we hope to be back soon. Thank you, Federica, Dolores, Viviana and Alessandra.
