Smoking-friendly vacation rentals in Nečujam

Petar and Ivana are excellent hosts. They picked us up from the ferry port when we arrived, as we arrived without a car, and also dropped us off there on departure. We got a detailed introduction to everything - including which beaches the locals go to, etc. The apartment is very well equipped and there is also equipment for the beach - beach towels and mats, even bathing shoes, if you like. I wouldn't have needed to bring a lot with me. Basic food such as olive oil, pepper and salt are also available. The apartment is very clean and new, you sleep fantastically on the bed. The beach or various bathing places can be reached in a short time. There is also a supermarket around the corner - but I recommend the Konzum in the city, which is cheaper. Mosquito nets would have been nice, but otherwise everything was fine. Happily again!

We stayed 2 weeks in the beautiful, small apartment and felt very comfortable. Definitely worth highlighting is the great large terrace overlooking the Mall of Split. In the immediate vicinity there is a supermarket, a small bakery and a pizzeria. A school and a church are also neighbors. 😉 The bus stop to go to Split, for example, is within walking distance - so all in all a clear recommendation. Bozana is very caring, helpful and responds immediately. Thanks again to the father, who provided us with grapes, among other things 😀

Beautiful, clean space, right on a sandy beach and a terrace overlooking the sea. Beautiful amenities, I would say brand new. There were things like a toaster, a coffee dripper, or a washer (including laundry pods), and a dishwasher. The accommodation has the possibility to rent sun loungers on the beach (free of charge). The owner was happy to lend us a crib.

Danica was a perfect host, allowing us to check in earlier than stated, giving us gifts as it was Easter and also letting us keep our luggage at the accomodation even after check out on the day, lovely place and great location perfect for everything!

What an amazing place to stay open your window to a view that takes your breath away

We had a fantastic time at this house. It's a 45-minute walk from the center, so that's a lot. You can catch the bus for 2.5 pp or an uber van from 12 euros total. Was great. 5 minutes away is a large supermarket. Really everything that was described was present. There are occasional minor flaws, such as 2 showers that didn't work well with us, but the next day he came right away to make it. When we arrived, there were also some welcome drinks and snacks in the fridge. He had also brought a bottle of booze, a cake and a card for a birthday girl. Super sweet all.

By far the best Airbnb I have ever stayed at. Nikolina and Josko were so kind, even bringing us food when it was Croatian Labor Day and we couldn’t anything. The location was amazing - a short walk from the main road around Marjan Hill. If you can manage a few stairs, you can explore the whole park and local beaches. Easily driveable, and not far from the Split riverfront. If I could give it 6 stars or more I would. We will definitely stay here next time we are in Croatia!!

We absolutely loved staying in Ivana and Toni’s Air bnb. The town of Splitska is beautiful and the view from the balcony is stunning. The location is perfect and the hosts were so helpful and friendly. I would 100% recommend this accommodation and we are hoping to return in the future.

I am grateful I had a chance to stay here with my mother. The owners are incredibly kind and warm people who welcomed us with aperitivo and home made cake. Delicious, thank you Ankica. Everything was well explained and flexible check in was offered by them. The apartment felt like home with all the amenities and appliances. You literally do not need to bring the beach towel; the apartment has towels, bed sheets, additional duvet, blankets and washing machine so you wash something if needed. I have to give compliments regarding cleaning which was immaculate. The best part of the apartment is terrace with breathtaking panoramic view over Stomorska. You can enjoy the sunrise every morning with your coffee or tea and every day is different.. However in the evening you can relax there and listen to the waves. We had a great stay, we liked Stomorska and since we felt like home we are looking forward to come back again. We are grateful the owners made our stay even more welcoming, thank you 🙏

We (family of 4) really enjoyed our stay at the ranch. It was peaceful, calm and relaxed. we thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor kitchen and the children never wanted to be out of the pool. We enjoyed fresh eggs and delicious olive oil produced from the olive trees on the grove. During our stay we enjoyed local areas such as Split, Trogir and Marina. We would throughly recommend staying here if you are after a relaxing retreat as a couple or as a family of four. Nikola was accommodating and friendly, as we're his parents nearby. If we are ever back in the area we would happily stay at the ranch again.

we spent wonderful days at oxaland. it is an enchanting place and everything was just perfect, there is nothing we missed. oxa and her husband are wonderful people who do everything for the good of their guests. we can only recommend this magical place, the danger is - that we will come again! thank you oxa for everything!!! 100% top!! oliver and family

this was our second time staying in Ivana's beautiful home. there had been two new bathroom's fitted since our stay last year! she is a wonderful host and even brought us pancakes for the national holiday! couldn't recommend more!

Wonderful stay right by the sea! We really enjoyed our stay in this house! We received a very warm welcome on arrival. We immediately felt welcome. Dado, the father of the family, greeted us with a culinary surprise and let us taste his incredibly good olive oil. The location is truly unique: right by the water, with a wonderful view from the balcony and from the house's separated terrace on the other side of the street. We always had breakfast and dinner there. A few steps lead directly down to the rocky jetty, from where you can swim in the crystal-clear sea. The bay of Stomorska is just a five-minute walk away. The village is really pretty, had a small well-stocked supermarket (with fresh bread/rolls) open in mid-April and a nice little cafe/bar. We really enjoyed our stay as a family, it was a great vacation for us in a very special location and with a very nice landlord. We can only warmly recommend the stay!

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb in Split. The location is super convenient, being close to the airport and surrounded by plenty of great restaurants in the neighborhood. It's just a 20-minute Bolt or Uber ride from the bustling Old Town, which allowed us to easily explore the historic center and then retreat to the peace and quiet of the house afterward. The hosts were incredibly friendly and kind, making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The house itself was fantastic—exactly as described, with all the amenities you could want. It was the perfect base for our trip!

They are both friendly, fantastic and very accomodating hosts, the apartment is very good, short walk from the old town, and in a nice neighbourhood with a lovely sight of the sea. Perfect getaway in a fantastic place to stay! Our 8 nights in this AirBnB apartment was just amazing! The quiet and peaceful location immediately relaxed us. The apartment was sparkling clean and perfectly equipped – we lacked nothing to enjoy our holiday to the fullest. The hosts were extremely friendly and communication went smoothly. Just made our stay even more enjoyable. We really appreciated the tranquility and cozy atmosphere and highly recommend this place. An ideal place for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway! 💙

The Studio flat was really great with everything you need for a holiday. It is very close to Split airport so only 10 minuits by taxi. Enough distance so that there is hardly any aircraft noise. It is literally across the road from the beach. All the beaches have fine slightly sharp gravel so take beach shoes. The Island of Trogir is a 10 minuite bus journey ride away that stops practically outside the door. You can also easily bus to many little beaches with changing places and showers. There are Water sports, buses, water taxis close by and a ferry to Split. The host is really nice, always contactable, very helpful and full of local knowledge. I cannot recommend the wonderful host and her family enough in this perfect location.
