From the get-go Donna has been available for questions, and support. And what a gem she has created in this little house/studio - the outdoor area is at least twice the size - all styled with the same impeccable taste. I would say we were lucky that at the end of September, the neighbourhood was rather deserted, so we had a lot of peace and quiet. Though we did not use the access to the sea at the bottom of the steps (we took the car to find some more easily accessible coves), we appreciated the plunge pool as a fantastic addition to the whole experience. The studio is just the right size, with a large window opening to the balcony, where you can see the sun rise from the bed. The kitchen nook has everything you need - and I have to mention the superb treats Donna left for us. The bathroom has a good size, sufficient storage room, and a window/daylight. All in all you feel Donna's passion in every little detail - thank you so much, we felt really welcome!

Wow, this place is a real gem! A dreamy, spacious house with everything you need—facing a beautiful garden and a big stone swimming pool, surrounded by olive and orange trees, and featuring a perfect fireplace for the winter. We had such an amazing time here. It's just a very short walk to the stunning beach, with friendly locals and an overall super great experience. We will be back for sure—highly recommended! The house was beautiful and clean. Very quiet and private place. The road up the mountain was a bit difficult for the car but managable. After you park the car you have to walk up the mountain for a few minutes. We had a great time. highly recommended.

Guntram’s house in Pelion is an absolute gem. It has been lovingly restored over 20 years with both a respect for the building’s history and a focus on creating a superb modern living space. We loved our stay.

Perfect place if you need a quiet place. A pool and a bqq is everything you want on a hot day in Greece with your friends. The host is friendly and the dogs also :) For sure we will come back!

The accommodation was perfect. Lost of firewood perfect place for winter! Great communication with the host. We will definitely return.

Do not hesitate to book this place if you want an excellent location from which to explore the Pelion peninsula! We stayed with our three kids, 1, 4, and 7 for a month at Alexia’s place and had everything we needed inside the house. The backyard view of the sea and outdoor seating was amazing…we had breakfast outside every morning. The advice and hospitality we received from Alexia was wonderful. Tsagarada has plenty of beautiful beaches nearby (Plaka and Mylopotamos were our favourites), good restaurants, a grocery store 5 min away, and beautiful town square with a playground also 5 min away. Walking trails intersect the whole area. We truly enjoyed our vacation and would love to be back again anytime…maybe tomorrow?! 😉

We spent a few wonderful days in Apostolis’s house. The place is very beautiful and calm, the sea is in 5 min walking distance. The house is super comfortable, cozy, clean and equipped with everything needed. Garden with olive and orange trees, big terrace, easy parking, supermarkets in less than 5 min driving, beaches and restaurants in 10-15 min by car. Great place to explore Pelio! Apostolis is very kind, friendly and hospitable. I highly recommend this place!

This is a family beach house, back yard takes you straight on the beach of Kalifteri, just next to Costa Kali beach bar (which has great coctails and comfort food, good music and kids -age 0-10 -all over). The house is big and has all comforts that a holiday house can have...We were 8 and could still have private space within the house when needed! The sea is clear blue, no waves and as the sun sets the view is great (mosquitos are annoying but with repellents you will be fine). Mr Giorgos was staying in a seperate house within the property, very discrete and kind man, there to give tips and smiles! Higly recommented place!

It was a pleasure staying in the lovely villa. We stayed two families friends the house was spacious, incredibly spotless, nothing was missing. The kitchen is full of useful cooking accessories. You can see there was thinking about all the little details. There were plenty of towels, linens were clean, and smelled wonderful. Amazing view of the sea and the village. We got lots of great recommendations about the surroundings, good restaurants and beaches. Would highly recommend to anyone coming to the area to stay in this gorgeous villa. We have a taste of more, we will surely come back again.

Stunning house with traditional architecture, best terrace view we've ever had (quiet pagasitic gulf with mountains, olive trees and picturesque sunsets) and most of all: first class service from Andreas and Aurora who manage guest related wishes at the place in Krassys name. For example: the first day I crashed our rental car into a fence next village and Andreas managed all the police communication for me and went several hours to two diffrent police stations with me... thanks for your great hospitality! any time again!

Lovely property right on the beach in Agios Ioannis. Everything as per the listing. Great big balcony overlooking the sea with beautiful sunrises and great for people watching in the evening. Bedrooms nice clean and comfortable. Kitchen ideal for a short stay with everything you need. A great place for families as 30 seconds to the beach and back again (if you forget anything like books / sunglasses) and for a stunning beach - Plaka beach is a 10-15 minute walk (have to traverse a few rocks) and well worth the effort. George was super helpful throughout the entire stay (and lots of communication in advance), always answering questions super quickly and nothing seemed to much trouble. Great to have such George and his family on hand to provide tips and suggestions as well. Highly recommend and I'd be back tomorrow if I could!

Beautiful place near the sea with beautiful restaurants, and despite the fact that we are close to the center of the city, it was very quiet. The terrace is very beautiful. I recommend it.

This is a lovely, well equipped house in a great location - beautiful beaches are only a short drive away (get there early if you want a sun bed) and there are plenty of good places to eat in the village. We especially loved the vegetable garden!

Anastasia and her mother Ana were very respectful. The house is fully equipped and we had everything we needed to have a great time. Anastasia's mother was very friendly and welcomed us with a delicious homemade jam and a bottle of wine. Everything was clean, organized and the house manual had everything we needed to spend our vacation. We had a problem with our daughter, and we had to take her to the hospital. Anastasia was quick to provide us with the best option, which saved us a lot of time that we would likely spend looking. We were really made very welcome and supported by Anastasia and her mother. The only regret is regarding the outdoor grill, which was not working. Despite that, it was all perfect.

Wonderful vacation house. Very specious and comfortable. We were two families that stayed here together and had a great time. The location of the house is perfect, very close to the beach, shops and restaurants. Alexandra was available online and fixed a problem that we had very quickly. I definitely recommend staying here!

I felt in love with this place immediately, house so big and spacious. Of you are wake up early you can catch beautiful sunrise. You feel so private, if you want to relax from big city and people this place is exactly what you need. Want it to say big thank you to Alex. He is a dream host. Show us around and point at all interesting places near by, also is nice touch from them local olive oil left for us at the kitchen. Over all 10 out of 10!!!

We rented both houses, one for a month and second one for two weeks. Everything was great, house had everything we needed and the garden was really nice and private. Bbq with sitting area was big plus. Sea was 5 min walking, first beach bar 8 minutes. Beach is bot the best but good enough and never crowded. Lidl is 8 min drive, Volos center 15-20. Definitely would recommend.

We felt right at home during our stay at Stathia’s place. Stathia and her family were incredibly welcoming and super nice, making us feel like part of their family. The house itself was well-maintained and spotlessly clean, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment. The surroundings were absolutely beautiful, adding to the charm of the entire experience.
