All bedrooms have ocean views, the ground floor one due to its location has reduced visibility of the beach. Private outdoor terrace with ocean views, spacious living room with ocean views and modern, large kitchen with an office.

Ideal for waking up looking at the sea and enjoying the sunset on the terrace as a couple, with friends or family. It is designed in wood and concrete and has a 100m2 terrace from which you can see the sea. It has a room with a 135cm bed, another room with a 105cm bed, and there is a sofa bed in the living room if required.
