Domeček POD KOSTELEM

Newly renovated 19th century manor house. The entire house with a separate entrance, a terrace with a grill and parking is available. The house has a convenient location in the center of Hluboká, less than 200 m from the square overlooking the church and 700 m from the castle. We would like guests to feel like they are visiting good friends, where they can, among other things, enjoy the comfort of our reading corner with a library in the alcove. Families with children are also welcome, and they can enjoy a cozy sleep on an elevated stage under the stairs on the site of the former furnace.

Simulate

Misto for meditation, a place where you can hear only the sum of the forest, the pawn of the bird, you breathe deeply of the air, when it is beautiful you swing in the sieve among the trees, when the boobs can relax inside. A minimum of 2 consecutive nights can be booked. There is no shower in the Observatory, just a kettle and a lavor with clean water to rinse, or you can use the pond by the sauna:-) Therefore, consider the length of your stay. You will walk 200 m to the Observatory in the forest, so the suitcase on wheels is not a suitable idea for luggage:-)

The space is literally surrounded by greenery and you can enjoy your stay in privacy and tranquility. For those traveling with their four-legged pets, this place is perfect! There is also a barbecue in the garden. Inside the cottage there is a fully equipped kitchen with a fireplace, a bathroom, a shower, a toilet and, of course, a bedroom. I look forward to your visit!

Historic stone house

The stone house is over 150 years old and is furnished with historical furniture. It is located in a picturesque village with no car traffic, in the Blanský les Protected Landscape Area. The surrounding pristine nature invites peaceful walks. In our orchard, two horses graze, and in the herb garden, you can pick mint and lemon balm to brew tea. For breakfast, you can taste our homemade cheese, seasonal vegetables, and homemade bread from our neighbor. The apartment was renovated in July 2024.

Budka Kapradí / Birdhouse the Fern

Modřínový mini domek je vybaven luxusní matrací s mušelínovým povlečením, minikuchyňkou, splachovací toaletou a repasovanou vintage vanou na nožičkách. Na terase najdete sezení s pohovkou, křeslem a houpací sítí. Grilovat můžete ve venkovní kuchyňce na elektro grilu. Kapradí je jedním ze tří minidomků v naší lesní oáze. Jsme na okraji města a přitom hned vedle lesa. O snídani je postaráno, v ledničce budou dobroty od místních pěstitelů a farem. Rádi poradíme tipy na procházky i jídlo.

Cottage in Dobronice

Renovated cottage. Woodstone/electric radiator heating which temps at 14°. In the garden is grilling and sitting under a parasol. The kitchen, dining room and living room are connected; a French window leads to the garden from this space. The attic is accessed via the miller's stairs. In the attic, there are 2 bedrooms with 2 and 4 beds. The village is located on the river Lužnica (possibility of fishing), and there are the ruins of a castle and a Gothic church, near the town of Bechyně.

Top apartment Ola

A newly furnished, quiet, and spacious apartment with a comfortable 180x200 bed for 2 people offers an exceptional view from the top, eighth floor of the building directly of the castle with its tower and across the Deer Garden. Thanks to its location, you can easily reach the historic center on foot within 5 minutes. The bus station (Prague–Český Krumlov (Špičák)), ATM, grocery store, cinema, and doctor are all within 100 m. A baby cot is available upon request.

Chalupa U Čmeláka

A well-equipped cottage for all who love pristine nature and yet enjoy luxury accommodations. There is a spacious garden with a pergola and terrace. In case of bad weather, you can sit in the lounge with a fireplace. Experience relaxation in a hot tub with a whirlpool with a unique view (extra charge). The hot tub is located outside and is in operation from March 1 to November 9 (depending on the current temperatures). We do not allow pets.

The bathroom, equipped with modern amenities, includes a shower set within the original historical arch of the house, adding unique character to the space. Our chats

Our cottage is located in a semi-secluded forest by the Stropnice River. Although it may not look like it at first glance, there are neighbors nearby, but they are not visible from the cottage. Enjoy sitting by the crackling fireplace with a book and a cup of tea or breakfast on the terrace. There is no wifi in the cottage, so enjoy the time spent together.
