A delightful, comfortable and bright newly renovated penthouse with bedroom, living room, kitchen, bathroom and terrace. The house is located near the pinewood, just a quarter-hour far from the sea. The bus stop and the train station are just a few steps away. During the check in, it is requested to pay in cash a City tax of €3,50 per person per night fot the first 10 days (except children up to 10 years old).
