Very nice house. It was easy to get to Rome and to the beach. The host is very responsive and helpful. We got a nice welcome to the house with a little tour and everything we needed to know. Overall a great experience and I would recommend.

Alessio's chalet is the ideal place if you love contact with nature and animals. Equipped with everything you need and very clean. A strategic point if you want to visit Rome but rest away from the chaos of the city, it is also close to the sea and the Roman castles. We had a very good time, Alessio is an attentive, kind and always available host. We hope to be back soon, we're already missing.

I recommend this house more than more than more. Especially having stayed in other houses before… and especially Francesca She is friendly, kind, caring. The house is extremely well equipped with sheets, towels, flour, sugar …. Everything you need The pool, the balls⚽️, the sunbathing, the calm, the beautiful garden is very pleasant and relaxing I would definitely stay again and the kids would too. We stayed with 11 friends at this villa for a few days and had a really good time! The house is spacious, cozy and well maintained, perfect for large groups. The owners were very kind and available to all our needs, always present but never intrusive. The location is convenient, just 10 minutes from the center of Anzio, so easy to reach but quiet enough to relax. A great experience, highly recommended!

Very nice, friendly and helpful host, very attentive to the needs of us who have a small child. He left us bottles of fresh water in the refrigerator and lots of cold cuts, milk, jams and many other products. The pool and outdoor spaces are very well maintained, and the house is very clean. When we needed it for a small problem, he solved it in five minutes. For those who want to stay in complete relaxation, I highly recommend it.

Annalisa is a charming hostess. She is very friendly and gave us lots of little tips to make our stay go smoothly. The space was spacious and spotless . The exteriors are pleasant. Parking space is a plus . A bus station is right next to the property as well as a large supermarket . It's very convenient .

Wow doesn’t do it justice ! Everything that we had hoped for and more. We picked here as we had been to Rome multiple times and wanted a different experience, value for money and a location so we could get into Rome easily. We hardly left. The location is fantastic with everything you need at walking distance. Mauro and vladimira are truly the definition of “super hosts “ and their home is a peaceful relaxing oasis. The beach is a 20 minute walk , the train into Rome a 9 minute walk. The apartment is bright and quiet and although small a perfect space for a couple. Thank you so much for creating this great space that we cannot wait to come back to !

Tranquil place very easily accessible to services and nearby hamlets. The facilities are excellent and Stafano goes above and beyond in advising and supporting guests navigate the area and services. I highly recommend Stefano's place and would love to stay again, for a bit longer.

Great place a few steps away from the beach. Very well stocked and the private rooftop patio was definitely our highlight. Augustino was very friendly, helpful and quick to respond. Highly recommend!

Incredibly clean place. Plenty of room for four adults. Having a small yard to ourselves for relaxing and soaking up the sun was a great amenity. Luigi was very friendly and helpful. We weren’t sure how to book a large taxi van so we asked for his help. He booked our taxi ride to the airport without hesitation. He was flexible with our arrangements. Specifically, we had asked if we could store our luggage before check-in time. He agreed. On the day of check-in, he was finishing up with the cleanup when we arrived. He warmly welcomed us into his place. He let us store our luggage. We asked where we could go for lunch and he showed us how to get to the beach. As soon as he was done cleaning the place, he texted us to let us know it was ready for us. Though close to the airport, at night we could not hear the planes. I have no hesitation recommending this Airbnb.

I stayed in Giorgia's apartment with my family at Christmas time. The apartment was clean and organized in every detail. There are cleaning products, personal hygiene, and basic products in the kitchen. There is a beautiful terrace equipped with everything to stay outdoors and from which you can partially see the sea. A small manicured garden where you can leave the car parked completes the apartment. The staircase to access the apartment is also comfortable and illuminated by lights that are activated during the passage. I highly recommend it.

we have travelled a lot around the world and stayed in some lovely places, but have never been to such a fantastic place such as margaerita's enchanted villa. the word to describe the place would be immaculate, and the hostess is the kindest, friendliest person we have ever stayed with. if you are looking to fullfil your italian dream of staying in a villa in the countryside, know that such a place exists, only 20 k's out of rome in rocco di papa.

Such an interesting, beautiful apartment. The view every day was magical, sunrise and sunset were breathtaking. Plenty of clean bedding and towels for the beach. We walked into the town centre a few times, and drove a few. So much life, colour and music, from live bands to food markets. People watching was great and so many restaurants to choose from. Drove into Nettuno a couple of times and that was great for clothes shopping. Got the train to Rome, easy and straightforward. Would definitely come back, thank you so much.

Very clean and very comfortable apartment. Just a few minutes from the supermarkets and the sea (inside the Colleromito Consortium, in the evening you can stroll inside the Consortium of which the house is part). The owner Roberto was very helpful and kind from the first phone contact for all kinds of our requests. 4 state-of-the-art air conditioners are available to keep the whole house cool. The kitchen is equipped, complete with 2 fridge + 1 very spacious freezer, hob, dishwasher, oven+oven. The TV is present in the living room, guests' arrangement is also available to connect the TV+ your devices. 2 bathrooms with showers. The interior of the house is well cared for, easy to clean. The real plus is the garden with lots of greenery that is always good for the view and heart, with a patio where you can eat or experience recreational moments. Parking inside the Consortium. I stayed in Sara's apartment for the second time, even if for a short time, I found exactly the same availability shown the first time. Very well-kept apartment in a very quiet area, quite well connected to the city.

The house was very clean and it was true everything your heart desires. The amenities were very good. Check-in and check-out were completely hassle-free. The welcome committee (the cats) also welcomed us in the late night. The house is very quiet and the picturesque Kiwi Hainen. The nearest restaurants and supermarket are only a few minutes by car. The train station can also be reached in a few minutes by car and you are after two stops at the main train station in Rome. Communication with Ricardo was always quick and very helpful. We will be happy to come back again.
