Very nice house. It was easy to get to Rome and to the beach. The host is very responsive and helpful. We got a nice welcome to the house with a little tour and everything we needed to know. Overall a great experience and I would recommend.

It is a beautiful house, furnished with a lot of love for detail. It really looks like the pictures. Due to the many seating options in the garden, you could sit somewhere different every time. The beds are fantastic and ensure very good rest. The beach is very close. We felt very comfortable.

Charming, clean and fragrant place, it perfectly reflects the photos. The hot tub works great and is very easy to operate. Near the house, about 5 minutes by car, there is a good trattoria that Emanuela recommended, she was nice and helpful, we were really happy and we will definitely be back!

Alessio's chalet is the ideal place if you love contact with nature and animals. Equipped with everything you need and very clean. A strategic point if you want to visit Rome but rest away from the chaos of the city, it is also close to the sea and the Roman castles. We had a very good time, Alessio is an attentive, kind and always available host. We hope to be back soon, we're already missing.

I recommend this house more than more than more. Especially having stayed in other houses before… and especially Francesca She is friendly, kind, caring. The house is extremely well equipped with sheets, towels, flour, sugar …. Everything you need The pool, the balls⚽️, the sunbathing, the calm, the beautiful garden is very pleasant and relaxing I would definitely stay again and the kids would too. We stayed with 11 friends at this villa for a few days and had a really good time! The house is spacious, cozy and well maintained, perfect for large groups. The owners were very kind and available to all our needs, always present but never intrusive. The location is convenient, just 10 minutes from the center of Anzio, so easy to reach but quiet enough to relax. A great experience, highly recommended!

the owners, Sylvia, and her husband, were very pleasant and provided us with excellent support. We arrived late in the evening at 11 p.m., and they came to pick us up from the train station. It's a gesture we'll never forget. the location is beautiful, we spent a lot of time at the beach which is just a few meters from the house. thank you Sylvia

Apartment as described, equipped with everything and extremely clean. Ivana was also very kind, before, during and after the stay, really a helpful person who wants to help those who stay with her. He got us the direct number of the guide to see the Cisternons even during extra hours of visits. Highly recommended!

Mapy is a very friendly host and made us very welcome from start to finish. Always available when we asked her a question. Her flat has everything you need for two people (except maybe a soap holder inside the shower;) , the bed is very comfortable , there was water in the fridge , the area is quiet and the outside space and terrace upstairs are a real bonus with lots of plants and decorations and deckchairs to relax+ table and chairs under shade to have breakfast or aperitivo:) The area is not very pretty but there are lovely private beaches , the flat is close to Cristoforo Colombo station (40 min into Rome) and Mapy’s place is a small piece of heaven!

Very clean and very comfortable apartment. Just a few minutes from the supermarkets and the sea (inside the Colleromito Consortium, in the evening you can stroll inside the Consortium of which the house is part). The owner Roberto was very helpful and kind from the first phone contact for all kinds of our requests. 4 state-of-the-art air conditioners are available to keep the whole house cool. The kitchen is equipped, complete with 2 fridge + 1 very spacious freezer, hob, dishwasher, oven+oven. The TV is present in the living room, guests' arrangement is also available to connect the TV+ your devices. 2 bathrooms with showers. The interior of the house is well cared for, easy to clean. The real plus is the garden with lots of greenery that is always good for the view and heart, with a patio where you can eat or experience recreational moments. Parking inside the Consortium. My two children and I were on vacation in Antonio and Rosita's villa for 18 days. The villa is equipped with every comfort, the large and spacious rooms with fans, clean and really well furnished. The kitchen is super equipped for cooking and there is everything you need. Brand new and well-functioning washing machine and spacious living room with a nice TV. Externally, a patio with a table for breakfast or lunch and also a nice garden behind it with a large table and outdoor lights that we enjoyed thanks to a nice fixed brick barbecue. The garden also has a beautiful outdoor solar shower that has returned extremely useful. Every year my children and I come to Anzio and rent, but I have to say that this house was among the most beautiful and comfortable we have ever had here. Thank you Antonio and Rosita for your kindness as a host and thank you for hosting us. I hope to be able to come back very soon with my children to your lovely villa.

I would highly recommend this place. Very stylish & my family had a great time. We loved the balconies; one over the street & the other over a beautiful private courtyard. My family had to change their plans at the last minute due to the rail strike & Fraceco went out of his way to make the apartment available. Did I mention the beach? simply incredible 😲

Salvatore and his family welcomed us as if we were part of the family. They were hospitable and thoughtful. We tasted their produce from the garden and felt at home. The place is as described, clean and very comfortable. It really was a pleasant stay.

The property is fully air-conditioned and heated, ensuring comfort in any season. Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free, and the host, Massimo, was extremely responsive to all initial questions, making the arrival experience seamless. We had an incredible stay at Gloria's place! It was the perfect fit for our group of 11, with a quiet location and easy access to the beach. The kitchen was well-equipped, making it a breeze to cook up pasta and enjoy it al fresco with stunning sea views.

Rosalba and Luce were very helpful and kind, they welcomed me so well that I felt like I was at home. Lots of beds and a large garden for the dog to play and the possibility of spending good moments outdoors. Highly recommended.

Vittorio was very welcoming from the very beginning with great, clear and proactive communications. The house was very clean and matched the description. We (2 adults, 2 small children) had a super time, especially enjoying the beach so close by (~5min walk) and Rome only an hour by car. Would highly recommend!
