If you want to escape the hustle and bustle of the city and still be in Bautzen quickly, you've come to the right place. The town of Doberschau is located about three kilometers southwest of the large district town of Bautzen, not far from the Spree Valley. Our cozy apartment consists of two bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living room with dining area, which invites you to linger, as well as a bathroom with shower, from which you can enjoy a view of the countryside. Welcome to this lovely flat in the middle of the green heart close to Dresden. You can use the fully equipped 60 square metres to recover from the hustle and bustle or to visit the wonderful old town of Dresden which is just 20 driving minutes away. Especially in the winter season Dresden attracts visitors with the world famous “Dresden Striezelmarkt”. If you prefer to escape from the city the Elbe sandstone mountains are reachable in just 45 minutes to hike, climb or simply enjoy the nature.

Attic Apartment

The apartment on the top floor is truly unique. It is located on the second floor and and the entire place has been restored to original building. The original roof wooden frame, exposed brickwork, original flooring, fully functional wooden stove helps you to imagine what people lived like at the beginning of last century. The main living area is facing the front of the house and therefor you will find a view on the town square, town house and the famous basalt rock “Jehla”.

- At the beginning of 2024, we renovated and cozily designed for our guests - Our approx. 40 m² non-smoking apartment is for 2-3 people. - It has a separate entrance and a quiet sun terrace. - In the large living / sleeping room there is a large double bed, a sofa bed, a large armchair and satellite TV. - The small modern kitchenette offers all possibilities of self-catering. - The bathroom is equipped with glass shower, underfloor heating and hair dryer.

There is a lot to discover with us and we are a central starting point for excursions such as - Saxon Switzerland/ Bastei - City buildings - Zittau Mountains and the city of Zittau - Bohemia and Bohemian Switzerland - Görlitz and much more Our accommodation is quiet, right on the Spree, in the center of the city. A comfortable and family-friendly apartment with kitchen-living room, bedroom, shower and toilet awaits you. The flat can accommodate 2 persons. In addition, there are 2 extra bed options. A travel cot for toddlers is provided. The rooms are painted with natural colours and the wooden floors are treated with natural wax and are therefore particularly suitable for allergy sufferers. Pets are allowed on request. A large balcony invites you to linger.

Enjoy your vacation in the beautiful Schmöllerhäuschen. The property, which has been family-owned since its construction at the end of the 19th century, century, the family-owned property is located in the middle of the beautiful Elbe Sandstone Mountains directly on the Elbe and has three apartments, a veranda and a garden. The completely renovated apartment no. 2 is located on the 2nd floor and is about 40 square meters.

The 74 m² apartment is a duplex apartment with hallway, living room, 2 bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom and large balcony. Smoking is only allowed on the balcony or outside (non-smoking apartment). Outside there is a large garden with pool/pool house (seasonal use) and fire and barbecue area. Garage and carport are available. Wi-Fi, shopping in the village, use of the fireplace room is possible after consultation.

Our apartment is in the beautiful small town of Radeberg, in close proximity to Dresden. Public transport, such as train and bus, are within walking distance and take you directly to the old, Baroque city center of Dresden with its historical sights, but also to Saxon Switzerland, Moritzburg or one of the many other highlights in the area. Close to shops, restaurants and doctors.

Our apartment, renovated in the style of the period of rapid industrial growth in Germany, is located in the middle of the silk flower city of Sebnitz. With 75 m², it offers space. In Sebnitz, everything is within walking distance and the bus station is only 300 meters away. Great hiking trails start very close by.
