Our Chalet Obenland is located on the sunny mountain above the village of Bramberg am Wildkogel in the Kitzbühel Alps. As soon as we look out the window, we feel connected to nature. For many years, we have fallen in love with this piece of paradise again and again: while skiing, hiking, mountain biking, paragliding, emerald prospecting, at the largest waterfalls in Europe in Krimml... Wildkogel Arena is about 5 minutes away, Kitzbühel ski area approx. 15 minutes Gerlos-Königsleiten, Zell am See/Kaprun about 25 minutes.

In Bramberg am Wildkogel, in the hiking and biking paradise National Park Hohe Tauern, directly on the ski slope, stands our exclusive holiday home. On 250 m² of living space and two terraces with wonderful views of the mountain landscape, a fully equipped kitchen with a large dining table, living room, private sauna and fireplace (free pick-up) is at your disposal. The price base is based on an occupancy of 10 guests. All ancillary costs, underground parking spaces, national park card are included.

With meticulous attention to detail and a lot of passion, we built our Alpegg Chalets: six cozy chalets made from natural wood, ideal for hiking days, ski vacations, or relaxing wellness retreats. The chalet is directly accessible by car. Parking is available From here, you have many hiking tours, mountain bike tours, climbing opportunities, rafting, thermal baths and several excursion destinations with family or friends. We have something for every outdoor fan, see for yourself!

Our newly built AlpenNatur Chalet is an exclusive vacation home built from local natural materials such as old wood, Swiss pine wood and natural stone. Directly on the Tauern cycling path with views of the Areitbahn mountain station and the surrounding nature, you will find the perfect getaway here. A freestanding bathtub and our Swiss pine sauna are certainly among the things that are not so easily found elsewhere.
