Our apartment is located in an apartment building in the most forested and water-rich district of Berlin (Köpenick). We offer you an apartment in Berlin-Friedrichshagen directly on the Müggelspree river about 500 m before Lake Müggelsee. The apartment can accommodate 2 people with a child. Pets are allowed. The apartment consists of a large room with 6 windows that allow a beautiful view. The kitchenette with dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave invites you to cook. We also offer a sitting area with TV, a separate work area with desk as well as Internet access. The bedroom with double bed (bed linen & towels are provided) is located under the roof. The apartment contains a modern shower room. After a 5-minute walk, you are already in the historic Bölschestraße, which invites you to take a leisurely stroll with over 100 shops, a cinema (in summer also an open-air cinema) and restaurants. A quick supply of food is ensured with supermarkets within walking distance. By bike, you can explore the surrounding area or start a small or large excursion through the Spree Tunnel. At Lake Müggelsee, you have the opportunity to explore and enjoy the surroundings from the water with various motor ships. By tram you can reach the old town of Köpenick in about 15 minutes, where you can visit the famous Köpenick town hall with Ratskeller and the completely renovated castle with current art exhibitions. From the Friedrichshagen S-Bahn station (15 minutes walk or tram), you can immerse yourself in the big city bustle of Berlin after just 30 minutes.

Our place is close to Berlin-Brandenburg Airport. The Tesla Gigafactory is about 20 minutes by car (16 km). There is a great lake view with immediate proximity to the forest. Our place is good for couples, business travelers, and families (with kids). The living space is 130 square meters. It is 1 km to the nearest supermarket and about 20 min. by car to the center of Berlin. Great connection to BVG. The center can be reached in about 45 min. by public transport.

It isn't big, but has all the comforts to be without fancy. The cottage is charming and old, not a designer tiny house. The center of Berlin and Potsdam are quickly reached. Private access, balcony with water view, terrace and garden around. Living room with kitchen, bathtub, bedroom and extra sleeping space on the sofa bed for an extra charge. We live next door, so never an access or key problem. We are at the Wall Trail. Pets are also welcome.

In a quiet central location you can enjoy the simple life in this quiet and centrally located accommodation. The well-kept apartment is located on the ground floor of a very quiet and well-kept house and offers everything for a relaxed stay. The old town of Köpenick is just a "stone's throw away" and offers a wonderful stay to eat, relax and stroll. This wonderful new 120 sqm attic/penthouse apartment with a sauna is in the Viktoriakiez (quiet location) - 2 min walk to the Nöldnerplatz S-Bahn station and 5 min walk to the Rummelsburger Bucht on the water. The apartment is 1 S-Bahn stop from the trendy Ostkreuz and 2 stops from Warschauer Strasse. PS: I own an original 5-meter Riva boat from Italy. Thus, a private boat tour through Berlin can also be booked with me at any time.
