Zur Innenstadt dauert es mit der Regionalbahn ca. 15 Minuten. Fußläufig erreichbar ist ausserdem das Naturschutzgebiet Höltigbaum. Ihr findet bei uns die Begegnung mit der Natur und zugleich die Nähe zur inspirierenden Großstadt. Selbstredend gibt es einen WLAN-Zugang. In den Zimmern befindet sich kein Fernsehgerät.

The accommodation is in a quiet location in a cul-de-sac next to a park with a small lake. The room is approx. 35m² in size, has its own kitchen and bathroom and offers space for 2 adults and up to 2 children with a double bed and a sofa bed. The accommodation is in the basement and has a ceiling height of 2.09 m. Supermarkets and restaurants (5-10min) and public transport (bus 2min) are in the immediate vicinity. Public parking is usually available.

Lovely room-quiet area- 25 minutes to city center

This area is in the outskirts of Hamburg. However the city center is only 25 minutes away. There is a parking lot right in front of the house. You can reach the bus within 4 minutes. The next subway station, Meiendorfer Weg (blue line, U1) is about 15 minutes by foot. The forrest not only offers a climbing park, but is also a great opportunity for a morning jog or an afternoon walk.

Die lichtdurchflutete Wohnung ist teil eines Reihenhauses. Sie befindet sich in der 2 Etage mit großer Terrasse und Aussicht auf unseren Garten. In den anderen 2 Etagen ( EG + 1. OG) wohnen wir, eine Familie mit 2 Kindern und einen kleinen Hund. Die Wohnung ist dennoch getrennt bis auf den Durchgang und die Treppe nach oben.

Das abgeschlossene Apartment mit eigenem Eingang hat 20 qm mit separatem Duschbad und einem Wohn-Essbereich mit kleiner Küche. Das Apartment liegt ruhig in einer Wohnstraße. Die Touristensteuer i.H.v. 2 Euro pro Nacht ist im Preis enthalten. Es wird nur an Einzelpersonen vermietet.
