Apartment vacation rentals in Neustadt an der Donau

The apartement is simply amazing. We felt straight away at home and wished we would never have to leave. It has a very nice bedroom which is a good size too just like the bathroom, living room, and kitchen. The WC is separate from the bathroom which makes it even better. A very good washing machine and dryer can be found in the basement. Inside the apartement you have everything you need, you just need to go to the store opposite, Edeka, which is a 30 seconds walk to buy all the necessary food and whatever else you need, or you can also go for a 15 minute walk to two other stores like Lidl and Penny Markt. In the area you have a small pub, different restaurants, bakery, pharmacy, doctors, basically whatever you need. The train station is less than 5 minutes walk from where you can go to Munich city. We were overall extremely pleased and of course we’re going back as soon as it’s available again. If you broke a tooth, you have the dentist right next door. Luckily it didn’t happen.

Super furnished apartment. Great furnishings. Coffee, tea, spices for cooking already available. And as a highlight, a sauna to relax. The hosts are friendly, helpful and available at any time.

We felt very comfortable with Tomi. The apartment was equipped with everything you need. Tomi is a superb host; always responsive and helpful! Beautiful his garden with trampoline, swings...! Great that our grandchildren were able to use it! We will be happy to come back!

We had a nice stay with our son(4 years), we knew about the small garden but that there was still a slide and various toys available, was great!

The accommodation was as described, very clean and tidy. Check-in was also as advertised. We will be happy to come back. 👍

It is a very clean room and very good for a short stay. You can get everywhere from there and it's nice and quiet. We'd love to come back

Everything is neat, clean, works, and the kitchen even contains important, helpful stuff like salt, sugar, vinegar, and the like you don't want to bring with you and don't want to buy because of the inconvenient pack sizes. In the bathroom, the same picture with regard to toiletries, which you forgot to bring your own.

Karl is a friendly and kind man and his Gasthof is wonderful! We loved the balcony and the peaceful backyard view. Laaber is a lovely old German village and we hope to visit again. It’s a great launch point to visit many cities like Regensburg/Nuremburg/Munich. Also they have a pastry shop and restaurant below the residence but it is only open on weekends for now. Locals told me great things about it and I hope to stay again when it is open so I can try the Konditorei!! Thanks for everything Karl!!

We had a wonderful stay! The place was very clean, cozy and exactly as in the description. The hosts were friendly, easily accessible and went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. Thank you for the great time – we would love to come back anytime!

Very clean, pretty, and quiet apartment with plenty of room for two people. Clearly, Karl and Elvira take great pride in themselves and their surroundings. Everything was as it should be. They greeted us in person, made us feel very welcome, took time to explain everything, and offered local recommendations. They even welcomed us with bottles of local Bavarian beer in the refrigerator. Kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed. There is a deck off the second floor overlooking the pretty back yard and garden. We ate dinner there our first night and it was very peaceful, with lots of birds singing. Bed and awesome pillows were very comfortable! The next day, we were able to easily get to the pretty village of Landshut, and then return to Moosburg to walk on the beautiful, safe, easy trails near town. If this property is at all on your list for a visit to Munich or Landshut, or if you stumble upon it, do not hesitate to book it. Highly recommended in all aspects.

Great, family friendly place to stay. Very clean with extensive, down-to-earth amenities, we didn't miss anything. The landlord is straightforward and very helpful. Very good baker, butcher as well as the Südpark with discount stores, drugstore and other shops are within 4 to 10 minutes' walk. To the old town it takes 5 minutes by car.

The place was clean and well maintained and great communication with the host.

I have family in the Dollnstein area that we visited for 3 weeks in July 2024. We stayed at this property and fell in love with the village. The rental property itself is nice and spacious. There were 4 adults and 1 child who stayed at the property and there was plenty of room for us all. If we needed anything, Roland was very responsive and the property manager came right away. The kitchen is a highlight-it's huge with a full-size refrigerator. It is also convenient to have a washer on site for clothes. My only recommendations would be stronger wifi throughout the home (it's spotty in some areas) and clear directions on how to use appliances and tv (there was a learning curve with those at times). Overall, the village the place is located in is a true highlight. There is a quaint soccer park/playground area that my son and I visited daily. The villagers were kind and curious about us Americans but not in a rude way. We felt safe and happy the entire stay.

This place has absolutely enriched our stay! 🥰 The apartment is in a quiet location yet very well connected – a Rewe is just around the corner, a larger shopping center quickly accessible. Andrea welcomed us warmly, showed us and explained, she was always available for us and incredibly caring and hospitable. We immediately felt at home. Particularly beautiful were the loving little things provided by Andrea – such as a face mask, various care products or the offer spontaneously with the hostess to drive to the city by car. The apartment itself is very clean, modern and well equipped – we lacked nothing. A real highlight: the hot tub – already preheated with fresh water at the perfect temperature upon arrival. A large. clean apartment with everything you need for a nice holiday. Towels are changed in between if needed. The landlords are very thoughtful and kind. We would book the apartment again at any time.
