Nice house in the quiet countryside, with a large flower garden, 3 km from the village of Parcé. Breakfast is included. It will be sweet and/or savory, served under the pergola if the weather is nice, otherwise in the dining room. Breakfast hours are completely flexible, I live on site. It will consist of bread, pastries, butter, homemade jams, yogurt, dried fruit, fresh fruit, orange juice, tea, coffee or chocolate, ham, egg, rillettes and cheeses

House of character, close to Le Mans (15 min) and close to tourist places. Located in a country village and providing quality facilities: swimming pool, secure entrance, enclosed parking. The room is located on the first floor of our house, in a room next door possibility to put 2 beds of 90 for additional people. Two other bedrooms are available in our house: La Mancelle and Champagne. We can welcome till 9 guests at the same time.

19th century bourgeois mansion with garden and terrace. Beautiful room decorated with taste for an idyllic stay. Warm colors and garden view. Very quiet. 10 minutes walk from the historic centre of Le Mans (cité Plantagenet). Near SNCF station. Near tram station Breakfast at an additional charge: €10 per person. Possibility to have breakfast on the terrace if time permits. Two bathrooms to share, 3 WC, one on each floor.

In the heart of nature, on the GR365, quiet is guaranteed. Within an organic farm, where we raise poultry, and where we grow small red fruits as well as aromatic plants, there are 3 guest rooms, a shared bathroom, upstairs of our house. A separate entrance is reserved for the rooms as well as a small kitchen. Many places in our garden can be shared. Breakfast with local products is included. Meal tray upon request.
