Cozy one-room kitchen-bath apartment. In the sleeping - living room there is a spacious desk, a single bed, another extra bed can be booked for €5 per night. A TV and wingback chair are also provided. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, microwave, coffee maker, kettle and 2 hotplates. Cups, dishes, etc. are sufficiently available, as well as a small dining table and two chairs. In the bathroom with window is a toilet, sink and bathtub. Free parking is available in front of the apartment. The key handover takes place at the apartment. The WHU can be reached on foot in just under 10 minutes and the city center in five minutes. The house is located about 50 meters from the Rheinsteig and Schönstadt.

The three apartments are located in a 1617 built and listed half-timbered house on the Rhine. The house is located on the historic Rhine promenade in Neuwied-Engers and belongs to the monument-protected ensemble of castle and master house (Landesmusikakademie). In the historic basement of 1371 you can find a wine shop; "Wein am Rhein". The house was thoroughly renovated from 2014-2016.

Our modern apartment has a very central location. In a few minutes you can reach the city center or shops serving everyday needs as well as the train station. The apartment has about 90m² of a kitchen, a dining area, a spacious living room as well as a bedroom and a bathroom with rain shower and freestanding bathtub. The garden invites you to sunbathe and relax. The fireplace is out of order, but it is nice and warm due to the underfloor heating.

The apartment is 94 square meters and is located on the 1st floor of a 6-family house without an elevator and can be used for 6 people. The old town is a 5-minute walk away and bus and train are 2 minutes away. Since my mother lives in the neighboring house, there is always a contact person who also likes to give good tips:-)

Parking is available on request right in front of the house. Free also in the side streets.
