Monthly Rentals in New Addington

Stayed here for around 2 weeks in March 2025. Comfortable rooms and well managed set up. Cleaned regularly and the host, Justyna, is very responsive. Close to frequent buses to Croydon and two train line options for travel into Central London. Small park nearby with friendly squirrels.

Friendly host easy to communicate and get on with. Considerate to the need of the guest at all times and is prompt to response. A relax and comfortable stay at Alex's house.

Ezekiel and Henry are very helpful and supportive throughout our stay. complimentary items were above and beyond, especially, we've got an infant with us.

Really cozy and comfortable place! It was very clean and the beds were really good! Mr Marinos is very kind and helped is a lot with everything we needed I d totally recommend it! The restaurant right below to place was really good! Don’t miss it!!
