My husband and I stayed with Luanna for a week and we had a wonderful stay. Apartment was very spacious and private. We had everything we needed. It snowed during our stay and Luanna came by to shovel, which was super nice. It’s close to CCSU, highways, shopping and restaurants. Luanna was responsive and extremely helpful during our stay. We would definitely stay again.

No showers amenities. Same day reservation took 3-4 hours to receive check-in instructions. Incorrect door code to access the space (host had to provide 3-4 different lock combos because her housekeeper changed it and didn’t communicate it). Not enough towels. Not enough toilet paper. You can heat everyone walking and talking in the hallways. I was approved a late check out of 12noon. Host did not communicate to the house keeper and I was woken up by several knocks at 10:30am.
