Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in New Caledonia

I spent two nights at Celine's, I was well received in this spacious and comfortable accommodation. A perfect spot to enjoy the calm and be close to Bourail and Poé.

Fabienne and Olivier hosted us really well. In addition, I had made the reservation a few hours before and everything was ready in time. Fabienne is really super nice, very friendly. we immediately felt very good in the house, cozy, very comfortable, well equipped, tasteful and quality decoration. Secure access, electric gate. In short, I can only advise you to stay with Fabienne. This is the best Airbnb I've stayed in!

We had a lovely stay at this house which is very nice and very convenient. The kids took advantage of the pool, and so did we! Jean is very considerate, friendly and responsive if needed, thank you for everything and see you soon hoping to stay there again one day:)

The accommodation is very clean, quiet, the pool is very pleasant, the air conditioning is present in the main room as well as in the bedroom, it is good to live... All the accessories stated in the listing are present in the house. the outdoor space is also very pleasant, large garden, barbecue area next to the pool, practical outdoor lights. Automatic roller shutters at each of the floor-to-ceiling windows and windows. I will be back there very soon.

This is my 2nd stay at Aude's place, where I spent 6 days. It feels like home. It has everything you need in the apartment that enjoys a great location and an exceptional view. I recommend of course, and especially for the availability and small touches of the hosts.

The view of the orphanage bay is breathtaking and the perfect terrace for dinner in the evening. The bedding is good and the indoor/ outdoor sound system is a real plus. We will be back! Astrid.

Our stay at Florian's appartment in Noumea was the perfect Christmas holiday. The appartment is perfectly suited to a family like ours, and contains all the amenities you'd need, especially if you have a 3-year old toddler. The place is perfectly located facing the bay/Moselle port, and from the balcony you can witness beautiful sunsests! The listing also has a free Parking included which was very convenient for us as we had car. The Marché is a 3-minute walk, and supermarkets , beaches (Lemon bay, Anse Vata) and most attractions/sites are within a 10 minute ride. On the top that, Florian is a super nice person and host. Since I initially booked the listing, he has been very responsive and helpful, and tried to accomodate our stay at his best. Also, he generously offered to meet us at the airport, drove in front us and accompanied us until we arrived at the appartment. I can't be grateful enough for such a gesture, especially after a 9-hour flight landing close to midnight

Vanessa's place is beautiful and has great views. It is directly close to the beach and restaurants can also be reached on foot. It has a comfortable bed and the air conditioners work well. The integrated air conditioning in the bedroom barked a little too much on the bed for our taste. It's a very spacious big and cool apartment. A highlight for us was the shower. Vanessa is a very friendly host who responded very quickly to our messages. Thank you so much for the great stay.
