Monthly Rentals in New Dorp

I spent 3 nights here while visiting Staten Island unexpectedly for a family situation. The location was great, only 3 blocks to the best bakery on the Island (Royal Crown). The street was very quiet and felt safe. Lots of parking. The unit is a standalone (no shared walls), so it was very quiet. It was also very clean. I was up and out early each day and home late, so didn't get a chance to cook. The kitchen appeared to be well stocked and was clean. If you are looking for something small and basic, I would recommend it.

Great place to stay if you need to be close to the hospital. It’s walking distance which was great! Everything was very clean and the host was super responsive! Would recommend.

Carlos was very helpful and always available when I had questions. The apartment was clean and in a great location close to SIUH hospital. You could occasionally head loud footsteps, but that’s to be expected with a basement apartment. Overall, I had a very great stay.

Space is exactly as described and Jon is a fantastic host. Great area and if you're traveling to Staten Island I highly recommend you stay at Jon's place!
