Vacation rentals in New Farm

Unfortunately, Tropical Cyclone Alfred interrupted our stay mid-way through and the police asked us to vacate the property. Valerie couldn't have been more accommodating. We weren't able to move back in. Valerie was understanding and we were able to easily agree on a refund for the portion of the stay we weren't there.

We enjoyed our stay in the 2 bedroom townhouse in Tingalpa. We were there to swim at the Aquatic Centre in Chandler so it was a very close and convenient location for that. Anissa was responsive and helpful.

would like to thank Mark for his courteous service from beginning to end. location is nice.We had to get cafe and restaurant near by and drive through the park.Also cooking utensils and laundry were convenient. I d like to come back!Thank you for your service.

The house was clean and ready for us upon arrival. Kitchen was sufficiently stocked and rooms that all the necessary items. The house was spacious, and two of the rooms offered a stunning view of the lake. The walking path around the lake was just a short distance away, making it a perfect spot for nice strolls. The neighborhood itself was quiet and relaxing, with Coles, Woolworths, and various eateries conveniently close by. One of the biggest advantages was its location ;just a 20+ minute drive to the CBD, making it easy to explore Brisbane. Overall, a lovely experience, and I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and serene stay.

Such a great stay, from the time of booking to check out. Alice was so clear with communication and always responded within half an hour or so. The home was a delight to walk into. We were super comfy. The beds were great. It was so lovely to open the Queenslander windows for the breeze! We simoly could not fault the stay. Thanks to Jeric and Alice.

Gorgeous little Queenslander with plenty of space inside. Photos were exactly as what you see. All the mod cons, bells & whistles. Location was close to so many things. Beds were amazingly comfortable (as was the couch). Hosts were super friendly & responded quickly to all of my questions. Only downside was no iron or ironing board.

It was a nice experience to stay at Koii. Very clean place and I highly recommend this place to stay in the city.

We had a wonderful stay. Moji was a great host. Communication was great from the time we booked. The townhouse was conveniently located minutes from shops and even lovely nature reserves nearby. The checkin process was easy and the townhouse was clean and well appointed. We stayed over the Easter period, and were welcomed with Easter eggs (amongst a fruit platter), which we thoroughly enjoyed. Plus the bathrooms were stocked with just about everything you could think of. It was GREAT! Highly recommend this place to others and would stay again. Thanks Moji! ☺️
