Monthly Rentals in New London

Phoebe always quickly responded to my texts. When I let her know we were on our way to her place, we pulled in and there she was on the lit porch, waiting to welcome us warmly, be helpful, and have a chat. Her home was very clean & tidy as well as being super cozy. Being within easy walking distance of the beach, what a treat to walk it in the morning after a good night's sleep!

I enjoyed my stay at the Whalers loft! Very cute and cozy!! l Loved the mural on the ceiling and sky lights. Love the artsy flair and sense of style. The only thing I would say is if you are sensitive to strong scented and chemical based laundry detergents and cleaners ask ahead of time, if they could use only natural cleaners and detergents.

Carlos is a friendly and responsive host. Our family enjoyed everything about his place and we felt right at home. All 6 of us were very comfortable in this spacious and well appointed home in a nice neighborhood close to everything in the area. We would definitely stay here again!

Gary quick response started from Day 1 when we were arriving late and trying to open the door. He was very patient and responded very quickly. Anytime I sent him a message he was quick to reply. He went above and beyond when he came to remove the air conditioning from the windows and noticed we hadn’t turned on the heat so he messaged me that he turned it on. That was great. The place was very quiet so it was easy to get proper rest while working on night shift. The bed is brand new and very very comfortable. Thanks Gary for everything
