Maite was a great host and very welcoming . Great communication and good french hospitality.

The lodgings were as described. It's a lovely tiny cottage for 1 person or a couple, within lovely surroundings. It's great for people who are visiting New Malden with easy links to London. Charles was really responsive and attentive. I had a great stay.

Loved the place and the treatment by the host, the neighborhood was beautiful, felt pretty safe and there were plenty of places to grab gorceries and food. The amenities were all there as listed. My only gripe was with the access to the city. I was hoping it was going to be easier but SWR services are very unreliable with trains running late or inconsistently to Waterloo. Malden Manor Station is very close by but the service closes early. New Malden Station is a little farther and stays open till later but accessible through the K1 bus line, that has a LITERAL stop in front of the house so that is a definite plus! This complaint has nothing to do with the AirBnB itself or the hosts, but it's disappointing that had it not been for this detail, this would be a perfect place to stay not too far away by rail but far enough to feel relaxed and out of the big bustle of the city.

Samantha’s New Malden studio was cute and cozy with a nice bathroom and very comfortable bed. It is located in the outskirts of Central London in a lovely, peaceful neighborhood. There is public transportation a few minutes walk away, which was great. I will say the studio is pretty far from Central London, but I was able to easily use public transit to get around the city, just need to keep travel time in mind. There is also a bus line nearby that goes to London Heathrow, which was very helpful as taxi/rideshare options can be pretty pricy. Overall I really enjoyed my stay at Samantha’s studio and I would highly recommend it!
