Vacation rentals with a home theatre in New York

We appreciate Corey's great communication and support! Our son & daughter in law enjoyed a lovely stay for their wedding night, and we are so thankful!

Our family stayed here for a mini getaway. There's loads to due near this property (within a ten minute drive) for kids and adults alike. The rain spoiled some of our outside plans which was more than OK with us because Dillon's place was so CLEAN, comfortable, quiet, well maintained/cared for, and roomy. We stayed in and BBQ'ed on the provided gas grill, built a fire in the provided fire pit, and roasted marshmallows/s'mores (provided by the wonderful host as well). We went to the Blueberry Hill restaurant for breakfast (one of many suggestions in Dillon's well put together guidebook) and the food was FABULOUS! Great job Dillon! You're the epitome of hospitality! We look forward to another stay!

The location could not be much better. It was within walking distance of downtown but close to the hiking trails too. The lower level space was surprisingly well lit by natural light when I wanted it but easy to darken when I needed to rest. It had one of the more comfortable beds I've slept on while away from home.

The task of reviewing Bosun's Crack is challenging. Not because we didn't enjoy ourselves— but because whatever review that we submit will appear as pedestrian riff-raff from the hoi polloi, compared to Julian's ebulliently hospitable guide that he very much proactively shared with us several days before our arrival— featuring a comprehensive overview of Kingston's most trafficked trading posts, which definitely made our stay much more enjoyable that it would have been otherwise! We'll elaborate. From the Jacques-Louis David shower curtain and the certifiably delightful towel dryer in the bathroom, to the Passolini prints and plentiful picks of pasta— the attention to details were both fantastical and bucolic. Our dog loved the nookish alcove and may have annoyed the friendly cat upstairs, but we couldn't tell! Don't stay here, because we would prefer to keep this place clandestine for those who truly will appreciate the experience. But stay here, because it's eclectically lovely.

Check in was a breeze. Kate and Darya were pleasant, even recommended restaurants. Funk’n Waffles was a hit!

This place was our home for 3 months. Moving from AZ to NY was challenging, and Marin's AirBnB gave us time to fully settle. The place has everything we needed, the block is quiet and peaceful. Ashley (neighbor/ tenant upstairs) is absolutely amazing. She made an already good experience, and made it a great one. We specially want to thank her for her warm welcome.

We absolutely loved it here! We wish we were able to stay longer. The theater room actually felt like you were at the movies and everything was very clean! Would stay again! :)

Tatyana’s was great!! It fit our needs perfectly. It was a last minute reservation due to unforeseen circumstances and Tayyaba was able to accommodate us. I would recommend her place to anyone.

Such a serene place to stay for a few days on our NY trip! The porch was a nice place to unwind at the end of the day or to sip on coffee first thing in the morning. Well stocked with things like toilet paper and extra linens. Extremely clean. Quiet and beautiful surroundings. 10/10

Appreciated the attention to details, especially the needs of young children staying over - they had age appropriate games, plates & utensils, high chair, pack & play. Nothing was missed. The house was cozy and had plenty of functional space. We would have loved to utilize the pool area in the backyard, if visiting in warmer months!

Faisal was extremely responsive throughout our stay. we loved the indoor pool and the game tables. there was a nice selection. The rooms were nice. It was great that the bedrooms were on the same floor as the living room, dining room and kitchen. We came with an elderly person and they were able to make their way around the house. my son asked if he can use the fire pit out in back and he was able to. he collected wood from the side of the house. nice location. we really enjoyed our stay.

This is an absolutely beautiful home with plenty of space for 6 people. Highly recommend staying here if you’re a musician, the jam space was wonderful and fostered a lot of creativity!

Our stay in Otisville was amazing. The description and pictures of the home matched perfectly to what you enter into. The natural light in the house was breath taking. The home is so spacious; my party of 8 adults & 4 children were never cramped. The only thing that had our party scratching our heads was the light switch set up. The kitchen was stocked with snacks & cleaning essentials. The home theater downstairs was where we enjoyed family time spent. The children enjoyed the projector and arcade. My toddler continuously ask, “can we go to the big house?” lolol. Peri was very informative and responsive. Also extremely understanding when 1 of the cars could not start and we had to leave it past check out time until the tow truck picked it up. We will be back to enjoy the home again!

Stayed on Sacket Lake for a week with family and friends. Tabitha was super responsive and helpful as a host, answering all our questions quickly and giving helpful recommendations for our stay. The house was cozy; and the basement lounge area was lots of fun. The lake view from the dinner table and windows made every morning pleasant and lake nights in the hot tub were so relaxing. Would definitely recommend for anyone considering a catskills retreat.

This house was super spacious and had all the required amenities to stay indoors for a long weekend with family and kids. Tons of shared eating and entertainment space. Clean, organized and the hot tub was a great feature!
