5 stars! This stay was everything we hoped for and more. The host was incredibly responsive and made the entire experience smooth and welcoming. The home itself is beautiful, spotless, and perfectly maintained. The view of the Motif #1 was absolutely stunning—such a special treat to wake up to each day. The bed was super comfy too, which made our stay even more relaxing. Highly recommend!

Our first trip to the Boston area couldn’t have been better! This Airbnb was absolutely perfect for our family of four. The bedroom I stayed in had its own balcony with a beautiful ocean view—ideal for peaceful summer mornings or warm, relaxing nights. The open-concept living room and kitchen gave us plenty of space to unwind after a day of exploring. But what really sets this place apart are two unbeatable features: first, you won’t find easier access to public transportation—there’s a bus stop just a 30-second walk away that takes you right into Boston. Second, the hosts, Milan and Anna, were some of the kindest and most helpful we’ve ever met. Their local tips made our stay even better. Great amenities, smartTV, updated shower, dishwasher, laundry, grill available to use, etc. Right next to the house is a beautiful walkway that stretches down the beachfront of Winthrop. We’re already talking about coming back as the Boston area is second to none!

This was the perfect place for our family. Comfortable bedrooms and twin beds for the kids. Right across the street from the beach and a playground. Would definitely stay again if we were in the area.

We had a great time in Nahant and will definitely be coming back. B’n’B was very cozy and homey. We loved the porch and being able to use the grill, we used it both nights we stayed. The hot tub was also super easy to use and was perfect after a day of walking around Boston. Elyse also had bikes that we used to go for a trip around the island. It was a wonderful stay!

I can’t say enough about this beautiful home in Rockport. The view alone was worth every penny, but the comfortable and stylishly furnished space made it the perfect getaway for our family. Andree gave us great recs for dining, activities etc and was available when we had a question about the property. Already looking forward to another family trip to this lovely spot! It’s truly a gem.

This was a perfect location for a long weekend getaway! Proximity to public transportation makes this place an awesome option for Boston travels, the ocean is absolutely gorgeous! I ran the Boston marathon on my visit and the hot tub was incredible for recovery! The bed is so comfortable and even though we didn’t cook anything, we easily could have! Having a washer and dryer in the unit available meant that I don’t have piles of laundry to do when I get home!

Stayed with a friend in April and it was perfect for our needs. We had a comfy room each and pleasant living space and patio. Bathroom was small but it didn’t matter. Shops and cafes and harbor all very close walk away. There’s a good place on Tuna Wharf to hire ebikes and kayaks to get around, too. No need for a car really. We arrived on the train to Rockport - station is about 15 mins walk away and there’s a good grocery store next to the station.

this place is a hidden gem. I absolutely love it my absolute favorite place in this area can't wait to return. hostess is awesome she gave recommendations to awesome restaurants and things to do. condo was clean I truly love this place

The location was perfect. We selected the cottage because of the proximity to Hampton State Park Beach which was, as is described in the posting, only a few steps away. The cottage is also quite close to the boardwalk. It would be great for a group that wanted the best of both - quiet neighborhood and accessible to eating and entertainment. The cottage was clean and cozy, just right for our party of four, and had available many little items travers might need or left behind at home. Sharon was helpful and very responsive.

A family vacation that I will always cherish. I've stayed at a lot of air bnbs and this one was stocked the best of all I've been to with the easiest checkout process I've ever experienced as well. I agree with all other 5 star reviews but would like to add that my kids 9, 7, and 5 especially loved climbing the huge rocks surrounding the harbor. Thank you for hosting us!

What a treat to spend a couple of days at this wonderful home. The house itself is very nice, comfortable and well stocked, but walking out to the back deck and seeing the river with all of its wildlife was amazing. So peaceful and quiet, a great place for a morning coffee or afternoon wind down. I will definitely be back, highly recommend!

We had an absolutely wonderful experience at this Airbnb! From the moment we walked in, we were struck by how sparkling clean the house was – a huge plus for us. The location is truly special; the views of the pond and the surrounding wildlife were unmatched. Every morning, we enjoyed watching the birds and other animals right from the window. Bruce and Ki were exceptional hosts. They were incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to ensure my mom, sister, and I had everything we needed. Their attentiveness and care made us feel right at home. I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a comfortable and serene escape. My husband and I were getting married and in his mind it is customary to not see the bride until she walks down the aisle! On my mind…I didn’t just want to come home, as we live together, just like any other night. I took my mother with me the night before our wedding and fell in love with this cute, quiet place with a gorgeous view, again nothing too far from our venue. We had worked out a little confusion on communication, we were great and going to have the cutest little house overlooking a pond/lake! My mother loved it and my husband loved it as well. It was very well kept, gorgeous view out the ceiling to floor windows! Private, quaint, easy to get to, quiet….just super cute all around! My husband and I do Airbnb‘s a couple times a year….if we were to look for some place close to home, we would definitely love to stay here again! Everything was great!

House was spacious in a quiet neighborhood. The beach is a short walk away. There was some mold in the bottom of the shower which was the only downside, but it did not detract from the overall stay. Would stay here again!

This is the second time my family has stayed at the Sea Vagabond and would stay there again. Had plenty of space for my family of five and perfect location to visit Rockport and Gloucester. Beautiful views from the balcony.

Had a wonderful stay at Christophers place. He is a great host, always responsive with clear instructions. Place was peaceful, private and is exactly same as it was in the pictures. Will come soon!

Christina's property was a wonderful place to escape to for a few days! It is the perfect size for 1-2 people, has everything you need, and the view is unbeatable. The parking space is incredibly convenient and the location of the property provides easy access to the rest of Bearskin Neck and Rockport proper. I hope to stay here again in the future!

This is a way to truly get away. The studio was gorgeous, the bed was incredibly comfortable and having the ocean right outside was amazing. We only booked for a weekend, but I wish we had booked for a week - so amazing!! Everything was perfect!!

Clean and comfortable. The Sunrise view from the bed was beautiful. It was low season and the noise from the road was noticeable in the daytime but quiet in the morning and evening. Not many restaurants open at this time but I expected this. I recommend this accommodation for a relaxing stay. Great location and beach walkability. The hosts were very responsive. It was a perfect 2 nights for me.
