Ample yard space for beach and ocean views! 3 min walk to sand, 5 min walk to restaurants & stores at the Island center; 3 min to Parker River Wildlife Refuge; 10 min drive to historic Newburyport. There are enough beds for the whole family to comfortably sleep up to 10 people. Fish from the sand, walk or bike the island, visit the Parker River Reserve, or enjoy the fantastic Newbury/Newburyport area with many dining options!

My Dream house with views of the marsh and sunset

Our rental space has two bedrooms, living room, full bath and a mini kitchen. There is a full deck across the front of the house and a large patio off the bedrooms which is accessed though the sliders in each bedroom. This is all private space for our guests. The views from the front deck are of the great marsh along with the beautiful sunsets. With the Two bedrooms one with a queen size bed and the other with full size bed the house can have 2 to 4 people depending on sleeping arrangements.
