Monthly Rentals in Newport Bay

We had a very pleasant month-long stay at this apartment. The apartment itself was very nice and cozy, and the location is excellent, only around 10 minutes from the beach. The host and property manager were very helpful and responded quickly to any questions we had. We’d definitely recommend this place for a relaxing stay in Newport Beach!

This is a jewel box of a cabin/speakeasy! Quiet street, charmingly appointed, well cared for, and excellent amenities. Very comfortable!

The place was clean and the amenities in the room were very helpful. Close walk to either beach in just a few minutes. Note the garage spaces are shared with no wall between the two so dont think of it as a "secure" storage but, it was still helpful and I was able to squeeze in my vehicle to keep it out of the sun which was a nice perk and avoid parking limitations on the street with the street sweepers. Overall, it was a great experience and location for the price!
