Guesthouse vacation rentals in Newport Beach

My 3rd time here. And it’s my favorite when visiting Disneyland. Easy to get to, clean and most importantly to me, pet friendly. I see myself coming back ever I visit Disneyland. Great price as well. I highly recommend

We are a very private family and this stay was perfect! I work a very busy corporate job so when we take vacation I always appreciate the opportunity to have a peaceful place to stay! I cannot thank you enough for the hospitality. I will definitely save this as a place to visit again!

Felt right at home. Private and quiet but wonderful to be close to park and great walking for my dog. Close to everything but still a little jewel in the neighborhood I will definitely go back. Presley thanks you for the homemade peanut banana Treats.

This place was a gem! Quiet, safe charming neighborhood. Bed was comfy. 2nd story: beautiful huge windows with a view of trees from each window. Note bathroom is small (shower stall). I plan to return; beautiful outdoor space with cornhole set up. Walking distance to Santiago Oak park and restaurants/grocery shopping at my favorite Mothers kitchen. Easy access to freeways. Thank you for setting up a great space!!!

Everything was perfect

Definitely recommend staying here, you won’t regret it. It looks just like the pictures and very close to Disneyland. The hosts were also very nice and made everything easy for check-in and check-out! I definitely plan on staying again sometime in the future!

This is an amazing place! Whether you’re here for Disneyland (about 15 mins away) or just to relax, this abode is beautiful, comfortable, well stocked, and conveniently located. John and Candy are fantastic hosts. We will definitely be coming here again!

An absolutely beautiful home in a fantastic location. We stayed a week with our family of four at Kate's AirBnB. It was walkable to a lagoon beach, a playground, and restaurants. Parking was very easy. There were always plenty of spots on the street for grandpa and grandma to park. Additionally, Kate's home had a garage which made it easy to load/unload the kiddos. On top of that, Kate made it really easy to check-in and out. It was probably the most seamless transition into/out of a house we've had on the app!

Staying at Justin's place we truly felt like home away from home (before we could move into our new home.) The space was clean, airy, and so easy for our senior dog to get around. Right next to Orizaba Park - we took nightly walks with our dog. The place was quiet and you could easily get a good night's sleep. Loved having laundry right in the unit! Parking is street parking and simple to find but we also elected to pay an extra small fee for driveway parking. You are 10 minutes tops away from anything you could need and the fun parts of Long Beach like Retro Row, Bluff Heights. Throughout our stay Justin was communicative, responsive and kind. We truly appreciated our stay!

Really enjoyed our stay here. Very quaint spot, all the folks we travelled with stayed at a hotel and I’m so happy with our decision. It was quiet and lovely. I forgot my phone charger and they had they covered. Cute area nearby to walk for food, shops and coffee. Great place to stay!!

Marcela and Alejandro were great hosts, very attentive, very friendly and quick to respond. Place was exactly as pictured. Loved all the Disney hints throughout the place. Distance to Disney is as mentioned. Would definitely stay there again.

The Henry place was nice and cozy and aesthetic of the house was good

Amy is a great host and her place was newly renovated and very clean. The guest house feels bigger than the pictures indicate and we had more than enough room for four. I was surprised at how many well placed electrical outlets were in the house; very convenient! The outside patio and yard were private and friendly with lots of gorgeous plants. The beds were very comfortable, including the roll away beds. It was great having access to a washer and dryer. Note that there is not a dishwasher but that was not a big deal for our stay. The closet space was spacious with plenty of clothes hangers. Note that currently there are no dressers in either of the bedrooms but hopefully those will be added in the future. The location was extremely convenient for our stay and very easy to access and close to everything we needed. I highly recommend Amy and her guest house and hope we have the chance to stay there again soon!!

Cozy Airbnb with everything you need for an affordable price. Peaceful neighborhood. Disney isn’t far, Knott’s Berry Farm Festival Amusement Park isn’t that far 20mins. Nice little food places around. Whittier Mountains was a nice scenery to drive around an hike.

We loved staying at Victor’s place. It is beautiful and so incredibly stylish with perfect detailing. Not to much standing around, just perfect as created from an interior designer. Everything was super clean and towels and sheets seemed high quality and were very comfortable. The entire place has really high standards. The kitchen, as the rest of the apartment was well equipped with everything you could possibly need and really well organized. Communication was always extremely friendly - we would love to come back

Although I was ultimately unable to stay at Kate’s property due to technical issues, she was extremely helpful throughout the process. She worked diligently to resolve the issue remotely, even offered to assist me in securing alternative accommodations, and promptly issued a full refund. I truly appreciate her responsiveness and professionalism.

Great location close to Disneyland and many shops. The house had everything we needed and the hosts (Kevin and Jackie) provided very clear instructions to check in/out. Bed was comfortable and the house overall was cozy. What made this a stellar experience was Kevin's flexibility. I needed an extra night at the last minute since my flight was not until another day, and luckily Kevin was very flexible and allowed me to stay an extra night (with a fee of course). Thank you Kevin!
