I booked this on behalf of colleagues working locally. They loved Adam's property. Was clean, spacious and so new that they didn't want to make the house untidy. Adam's communication throughout the process was fantastic and couldn't have wished for a better host. If we're back in the area and this property is free, will happily book again.

A really beautifully designed annex, located right next to a very good and well-known pub in Bedfordshire. Both Sarah and James were so polite and helpful with anything and everything. It was a really lovely experience that was completely faultless. Thank you so much again! :)
