Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Nicaragua

It was a wonderful experience, Claudia house was beyond beautiful, the landscape and the surrounding were breathtaking. The house has a great open layout and the kitchen is super well equipped . This house was the ultimate tranquility place for those looking for peace and quiet. Some downsides were the beds were not very comfortable (too hard) and there was no TV anywhere in the house. We were hoping to do a movie night with our small children. Maycol the house keeper was very attentive and gave us a great introduction to the history of the property. Make sure you bring your snacks and food to cook as there is no supermarket near. Overall great stay. Thanks Claudia for opening your home to us

This stay was incredibly wonderful. We were assisted in getting transportation. The man picking us up at the top of the dirt road even spoke on speaker phone to our non English speaking taxi to translate for us. He arranged that the driver help us to the supermarket. We arrived very late and they were right there waiting to let us in our hut. The hut was so amazing, rustic, outdoor, right on the water with breathtaking view and sound to wake and aleep to. And last but never least, The staff! Heidi and her family that took care of our things and cook for us welcomed us and made me feel at home. This would not have been as nice a stay without the experience from her and familia! Thank you!!

The location of this condo within Rancho Santana is amazing. The view from the patio is absolutely gorgeous. We sat outside every morning and every sunset watching the surfers. The resort is outstanding with so much to do. Tom's condo is the centrally located within the resort making it easy to get to the various pools, restaurants and amenities. The condo itself is nothing fancy but has everything you need and is very, very clean and very, very comfortable. The photos are very accurate. It was perfect for our family (three kids ages 8, 10 and 12). Rooms and beds layout worked very well for us. Tom was responsive at all times during booking, leading up to the trip and during the trip. You won't regret a trip to this property!

Excelente experiencia, muy bonita propiedad, la puesta del sol maravillosa, playa excelente una casa cómoda con todas las comodidades te hace sentir en tu propio hogar. La ubicación dentro del complejo es perfecta, a pocos metros de la playa. Faltan algunos utensilios en la cocina y otros en mal estado, pero igual se resuelve. La atención de Matt súper personalizada, respondió a cada consulta, el primer día, tuvimos invasión de hormigas, él de inmediato respondió. La casa en general está bien, pero definitivamente se le nota el paso del tiempo, la piscina, los pisos y baños están bastante desgastados, punto que se compensa un poco por la buena limpieza de la casa. El balance de la estadía es positivo.

La estadía fue muy amena, regresaremos.
