Private suite vacation rentals in Nicaragua

Great apartment with private entrance in a very safe and quiet neighbourhood. It is very spacious with a living room/kitchen, bedroom and bathroom and an area between for washing and hanging clothes. The wifi is very fast and reliable. The host is extremely friendly and helpful and lives just next door if you need anything. He is always very responsive and gave me good local tips. Getting around is easy, there a lots of local convenience stores one block away and so many restaurants both very inexpensive and more fancy, all within walking distance. There is a supermarket and a big gym both within a 5-7 minute walk and the famous metrocentro mall is less than a 15 minute walk or a few minutes by car. Zona hippo, the well known area for clubbing and bars is very close too just a few minutes by car. I had a great time staying here and getting to know the local area and the city of managua. Highly recommended.

Margarita y su madre son muy buenas anfitrionas; Margarita nos contestó muy rápido y nos recibió sin problema, aunque llegamos tarde. Su madre también nos preguntó varias veces si necesitabamos algo o cómo habíamos pasado el día ... Muy amables las dos! :) El apartamento está en buenas condiciones, limpio, y tiene una vista espectacular (especialmente para atardeceres). Sólo hay que tener en cuenta que tienen perros que a veces ladran. A nosotros no nos molestó porque pasamos la mayoría del tiempo afuera, pero no sé decir como sería si uno quería quedarse en casa. Dicho eso, recomiendo una estadía con Margarita al 100%! :)

Having access to the ocean on the property for surfing is amazing. There were also great local restaurants, a coffee shop, and surf lessons in the area that make the location easy to stick around in. Thanks ladies!

Superb AirBNB. Cecilia is a great host. The local family that works at the AirBNB is super welcoming and generous! I recommend renting a scooter considering the location !

We LOVED this Airbnb! The location is just outside of town, but we were able to walk everywhere. Near a supermarket, which was nice since we had a super clean and convenient kitchen to use. Everyone gets a clear tote to store their food in, which is so nice. Our room was SO GOOD! The a/c worked like a dream, the shower was our first truly HOT shower in 2 months of traveling Central America and felt so so so good! The room, kitchen and common areas were all spotless and smelled clean too. The pool was a breath of fresh air to cool off after sweating so much around the city. Great wifi and great co-working space, also with amazing a/c. 3 things to note: 1. The bed was quite firm, we managed but it felt a bit like being on the hard ground. 2. We would have loved a blanket or comforter for added weight, there was only a flat sheet. 3. You need cell phone data to get into the property, as it is keyless and only accessed from your phone. We'd HAPPILY stay again & again.
