Cozy little cave in villa

The room is in the basement of a villa in a good location of Weimar. It has a separate entrance on the side of the villa where there is also a small outdoor seating area with table for the guests. There you go down a few stairs to the entrance. In the anteroom is the wardrobe where there is also a fridge, kettle and Nespresso coffee maker. From there, the toilet is accessible. Bedroom has a 1.40 x 2 m bed with sitting area and small bathroom with walk-in shower. No kitchen!

The apartment has a spacious courtyard of serenity and privacy after excursions to the cultural city of Weimar, which can be reached in about 10 minutes by car, as well as to Erfurt, Jena, Eisenach and the Thuringian Forest you can relax here. After 2 km in the direction of Ottmannshausen you can enjoy a beautiful well-kept outdoor swimming pool in summer. Shopping is 5 km away . A vehicle is required.

Our apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a small apartment building. The apartment is about 45 square meters with a living room, bathroom, bedroom and a fully equipped kitchen. The city center is within 15 minutes on foot. In the house is the excellent Kua Thai Bistro. Our house is not yet completely renovated, which means that there are some blemishes on the facade, in the staircase and also in the garden. For long-term stays for two, please request a discount.

The bright and cozy apartment is located in a large garden in the district of Taubach, idyllically located on the Ilm, 5 km from the city center in Weimar. A separate entrance leads to the kitchen-living room, a large living/sleeping room and the bathroom. A sliding door can be closed to the kitchen-living room. The garden can be fully used. Various seats invite you to relax. There are two beautiful bike paths to Weimar as well as an hourly bus connection.

In-law apartment directly in Weimar

The historic center, the Radilmweg and a wooded area as a local recreation area are in the immediate vicinity of the accommodation. Our small house has an approximately 28 square meter self-contained apartment, which we have prepared as a guest apartment. We live as a family of 4 in the house. Both living areas are separated from each other so our guests have their own area. A parking space right in front of the house can be used.

Located a few minutes from the old town, the apartment is ideal for a city stay. The centre of the Thuringian state capital can be reached on foot in about 15 minutes. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a listed house from the beginnings of German Classical Modernism (BAUHAUS period). It is conveniently set up. The price includes the accommodation tax of the city of ERFURT in the amount of 5% of the accommodation costs.

Chic, cute and fully equipped bungalow with a magnificent outdoor pond. Pool (May - September), terrace and parking right by the house. In the north of Erfurt, in a very quiet garden about 15 minutes from the city center, lies this small and very cozy oasis. Excellent transport links, tram stop at 150 meters away and 2 km to the highway. Here you can relax and unwind from the stress of everyday life.

Our apartment is located in a rural area, between the state capital of Erfurt and the cultural city of Weimar. The two cities can be reached by car in about 10-15 minutes. In Sohnstedt directly there is a very nice sauna area (Pelto-Bad), which invites you to relax. The area around the Hohenfelden reservoir with its numerous recreational opportunities is about 12 km away.

Cantina. The guest room on the Lottenbach

Sometimes families or groups are too big, but it's not worth renting a second apartment. Or there is simply no more space. This can be the solution: To expand our vacation rentals, we have set up the guest room Cantina with bathroom in the basement of our house next to the library – a bit like the classic “bed and breakfast”. Here you sleep at the hostel price.
