Welcome to our luxurious and charming holiday home on Lake Leekster, located at Matsloot Holiday Park. This detached, single-storey home measuring 70 m² features three spacious bedrooms, a stylish living room with an open-plan kitchen, and a pallet stove for added ambience. The spacious bathroom with a rain shower offers a relaxing experience. In the enclosed garden, you can enjoy complete privacy. Within walking distance is Pavilion Pool, which offers a view of the lake. Stand-up paddleboards (SUPs) are available for rent, and Groningen is just 10 km away!

Log cabin the Lindehuys in Leek

We built our Lindehuys entirely ourselves from wood, and it is located in our spacious green garden. You will have full privacy in this log cabin. There is a shower and a toilet. Also provided are a number of basic amenities, such as a kettle, a Senseo coffee maker, a combination microwave, and a small fridge. The centre of Leek, as well as the Nienoord estate with its castle and Carriage Museum, are within walking distance. Groningen is easy to reach by bus; by car, you can be there in just 20 minutes.

A little shack.

Next to our monumental farm on the property, this small accommodation is available for a simple and inexpensive overnight stay. Sanitary facilities and a common area are located in the farmhouse. The yard is adjacent to the Nienoord estate. Here you can hike and bike. The village is a 2-minute walk away. A village where you can enjoy shopping and in the evening have a choice of several restaurants. The city of Groningen is 15 minutes away by car/bicycle 1 hour and 20 minutes by public transport.

Experience peace and nature in our luxurious Schierhuus, in the middle of the forest of Norg. Relax in the hot tub or sauna, listen to the rustling of the trees and enjoy the evening by the fireplace. Everything is included: made-up box spring beds, towels, fully equipped kitchen, unlimited wood to cozy up by the fireplace in the conservatory and to heat the hot tub. Perfect for a relaxing midweek, weekend or wellness retreat – for couples, families or friends who appreciate peace and luxury.

Welcome to Klein Nienoord, staying in a beautiful farmhouse from 1905 close to Groningen. The house has its own entrance and garden and is fully equipped. The luxurious sauna is a nice place to relax and if you want something more active you can use the gym. Within walking distance is the entrance to the Nienoord estate where you can take a beautiful walk. We have bicycles for rent to explore the area. Good to know: we do not provide breakfast. You do have your own kitchen with an oven.

In 2024, this estate was transferred from a centuries-old family tradition to the Drenths landscape. Partly to preserve the estate, it was decided to partially convert it into an attractive B&B. Back in time with the comfort of today. And you sleep in one of the three bedsteads! There is underfloor heating and a wood-burning stove. You have your own entrance and you can also use a seat under a centuries-old linden tree. The cottage has a kitchen/entrance. A living room and a shower/toilet room. Breakfast is available for 13 euros pp. Please note: the bedsteads are smaller than a double bed. The 2 bedsteads in the room are 200x115 and the bedstead in the kitchen is 190x120
