Our beautifully rebuilt farmhouse is located in Sondel, the first village behind Lemmer, even in front of Balk in the Gaasterland, Southwest Friesland. A lovely place for a family weekend or a weekend with friends. There is a spacious well-equipped kitchen to cook with each other, a large dining table, space garden, an outdoor BBQ (on gas). The Gaasterland is well known for its forests and lakes for walking, biking, sailing, and horse riding. There are also several golf courses in the nearby area.

Description Bed and breakfast In a Glasshouse is located in Oostwoud, in the heart of Westfriesland. It is a cottage-style home located behind our glass studio, in the deep waterfront garden. It can be rented as a B&B but also as a vacation home for a longer period. There is, among other things, a Grand Cafe De Post around the corner where you can eat delicious food and a pizza eatery Giovanni Midwoud that also delivers. A motorboat is available for a fee. The cottage was completely newly built in 2019, it has underfloor heating. Downstairs is the living room with kitchen, a spacious 2-person bedroom and the bathroom. Upstairs are two bedrooms suitable for three people. The cottage has its own driveway with parking. About 2 kilometers away is the village of Oudemirdum, here you will find the necessary amenities (bakery, butcher, supermarket and restaurants). Nijemirdum is located on the beautiful Zuiderzee route, often ridden by cyclists.

Ons boshuisje is 70 m2 en ligt in een bosparkje met 40 huisjes en vlakbij het IJsselmeer, een bosmeer en golfbaan. Er zijn veel gezinsvriendelijke activiteiten in de buurt. Het huisje is efficient ingedeeld en modern ingericht. De tuin is bijna 1000m2 en heeft een grote picnictafel, trampoline, schommel en speelhuisje. Er zijn fietsen aanwezig voor volwassenen en (jonge) kinderen. Geen verhuur aan groepen. Max 1 gezin, max 4 personen, geen honden.
