Tim and his wife are very friendly people, who understand what it's all about when you want to spend a night carefree. We stayed at the Coach House with New Year's Eve and it was lovely. All the peace and quiet to spend a cozy New Year's Eve. Tim responded very quickly, was super easy to reach and thought along with us. Thank you very much for the very nice stay and very tasty breakfast.

We were looking for a stay that is suitable to bring a baby and activities that can be done nearby. Mission accomplished! The stay was equipped with all the comforts. Modern, tidy and we have been extensively provided with information from the house and the surrounding area by the host. Shops and supermarkets sometimes within 100 meters away. The only downside to the surrounding area is that on Sundays, almost everything is closed. Certainly subject to repetition.

I wanted somewhere for our family to relax. Arjen's house was perfect. It's a beautiful space, or rather, a collection of beautiful spaces. We were also lucky enough to be there when the orchard was full of fruit. Arjen was brilliant to communicate with. I highly recommend staying here if you can.

We had a lovely time . Henk and Manny were quick to respond if we needed them. The house was clean and equipped with all the comforts. The area is great . We'd love to come back again

Great house, meets the photos and description, friendly host, helpful for all your questions hot tub was already on when we arrived, so that the same evening could already be used. Lovely outdoor stove. Also used the recreation room and sauna. short to, top notch

Nice place. The bathrooms, sauna and garden extension/conservatory overlooking meadow with horses jumped out. Lots of seating in the areas, and large table for a board game. Attention: the double rooms have 2x single beds. The shared, large room (6p) is the only one with a double bed. The highway right next to the property could be heard (I didn't find it extremely disturbing, but maybe others)

With a group of foreign guests from three continents, we stayed at the lovely lodge for 10 days. The place was excellent for this. We haven't been to the park much as a group: it served as a sleeping and breakfast spot, and once as a dinner spot, where the well-equipped kitchen came in handy. All the rooms for the guests have their own toilet and shower room and that benefits the privacy during such a stay. We would not look further for another occasion, but immediately look at this location again. The contacts with Mark, during the booking, with possibility to see the spaces in advance, and also the contacts with Mark and the people of the reception were very friendly. Highly recommended!

This group accommodation is absolutely fantastic! It provides everything you need no matter the weather. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, so the stay remains pleasant even in less good weather. The photos actually don't do the accommodation justice, because in real life everything looks even nicer and more cared for. The beds are of excellent quality, so you are guaranteed to have a good night's sleep. The sauna and hot tub really add something special to the experience. The location is ideal: close to Den Bosch and within walking distance of the cozy center of Vlijmen. Highly recommend for a relaxing and comfortable stay! Highly recommended for both families and friends groups.

The house was just great, we had beautiful weather and could use the huge garden, sauna and barbecue. We liked the dining area the most, which was cozy with glass fronts and views of the garden. We can imagine coming back again. Patrick was very responsive and ready for any question.

Everyone who stayed with me and everyone who visited were in awe of this house. Easily the nicest AirBnB I've ever stayed in, and despite feeling like we were in our own beautiful world we were actually very close to everything you'd need in Zeist. Brenda was also an amazing and very communicative host so overall a 10/10 stay.

We stayed with a group of friends of 16 in this villa. It was in April so unfortunately the water from the pool was not warm enough to swim in it. But, it was a nice stay, the rooms were spacious, the beds and sleeping beds were lovely. Very nice that there are some bathrooms so we didn't have to wait for each other. Even if people already wanted to sleep and part wanted to do another beer, this was just in terms of deafness. Ool wanted to put the groceries in the fridge before 4 p.m., and in consultation this could too! That was very nice given the activity we were going to do. It was a nice stay!!

We stayed here for 9 nights with three generations - parents, grandparents and two children (1.5 and 5). The house house is spacious, beautifully decorated and had everything we could possibly need. The owners even kindly provided a cot and highchair. Our 5 year old daughter loved her room, which was decorated as a lovely girl's bedroom. The contained and shaded garden was great for the children to play in in the summer heat, especially the inbuilt trampoline. The layout of the house also meant that the 1.5 year old could stay in a separate wing and didn't wake everyone in the family up at 6 am. Just be mindful of the fairly steep stairs to the top floor (bedrooms 5 and 6). The location is great for visiting Efteling and it's a nice stroll into Vjijmen, which has plenty of shops, cafes and restaurants. A short car ride away are nice towns like the fortified Heusden, and a fabulous bathing lake with a sandy beach and other facilities is within walking distance. Nice quiet and leafy neighbourhood with interesting houses. The owners were very responsive and helpful, and provided a useful welcome booklet (as well as some delicious local treats). We will look back fondly on our stay!

Super nice house in the countryside with enough space for 14 people! We felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back!

Hallo, we were really very happy with the place and the hostess. The house was beautifully situated on the river and had plenty of space. However, the doors in the upper rooms had some play and no seals, which is why they have been slammed again and again. Other than that, the kitchen and entire house amenities were outstanding. The hostess was extremely friendly and helpful. She even came by again when we arrived and brought extra linen if we needed another one.

We loved the stay at Ank's wonderful house and beautiful quiet garden!

Beautiful canal house in a superb setting, ideally located in the park (grocery store, restaurant, swimming pool 100m away). Modern and spacious house for 8 people, with all amenities. The house is also perfectly located: a 15-minute walk through the woods to reach the Parc de la Haute Veluwe, a 30-minute drive from Apeldoorn and Het Loo Castle. Thanks to Hubb who was very responsive and made our stay easier. We'll be happy to go back! Stéphane

hello. we stayed a week and we loved this rental. very charming . the bedding is of very good quality! the very nice pool. the host is extra kindness and is responsive to our questions. Every day we see many deer passing through the field several times. the house is without a neighbor and therefore so quiet. the originality of the house makes it its charm! nevertheless....a microwave would be convenient. And! expect to be woken up as soon as the sun rises, especially with the kids haha . but , it's an evil for a good, we make the most of the day . we had a lovely stay thank you Maria!
