Monthly Rentals in Nīnole

What an absolute gem. If this place is open, book it!! Don’t hesitate. It is private, serene, and much larger than it looks in the photos. You can hear the waterfall from anywhere in the house, a consistent breeze moves through the house, so it is never hot. The first night we had a few downpours and it was so relaxing to listen to the pitter patter of rain and frogs with the cool breeze as we slept. The private swimming hole was the most authentic part—it is quite a steep hill to get down, so definitely take your time. We set up our towels and blankets on the rocks and swam for a while. It is not deep close to where you can get in and out, so make sure to slowly make your way in instead of jumping. The middle is fairly deep, I couldn’t feel the bottom. The whole property is magical and extremely private. Zip line was very fun, but definitely heed the maximum weight warning. We also used the Bluetooth speaker and enjoyed mornings out on the HUGE patio. Had all essentials. Thank you!!!!

Wonderful little oasis. My 4 year old loved the little loft with 2 beds. Little cabin house was pristine. Beautiful waterfall and swimming hole. Truly magical. Lots to explore close by! Love this lush part of the island. Hosts are super helpful and welcoming. They have a little stand to get fruit and eggs. Won’t forget this majestic little spot any time soon. Thank you :)

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Joy’s! I come to the island multiple times a year and have stayed at many places but this has been one of my favorites! Very clean, exactly as described, and has everything you need. Mahalo Joy, I’ll definitely be back!

After two weeks of exploring the island, I arrived at Chad and Jennifer’s, and I’m so glad I did. Despite having to adjust my arrival time a few times, Jennifer greeted me in the rain with so much warmth and support. She helped with my bags and made sure I was settled. The next morning, she gave me a full tour of the property, making me feel right at home. During my stay, I never left and fully enjoyed the peacefulness of the property. As a solo traveler, I felt completely safe walking around the neighborhood and down to the river. The room was perfect, clean, and offered a stunning sunrise view each morning. All the animals on the property were a lovely addition to the experience. Chad even offered me a ride to the airport, and I truly appreciated his genuine kindness and the conversation we shared. You can tell how much love Chad and Jennifer have put into their property and the experience they offer their guests. This place is truly special, and I’ll definitely be back!
