Family-friendly vacation rentals in Nishi Ward

A fabulously located place near the main Shinkansen station, plus a network of trams outside your door (flat fee 240 yen per journey or 700 per day, unlimited). We loved riding the trams (pay as you get off). Really easy to find and get inside (coded lockbox with key). Superb attention to detail: loads of great tips, maps, personal touches and handy things like hooks as well as plenty of towels plus a washer/dryer. It was up a few flights of stairs above a ramen restaurant. There are two bedrooms (2 x queen bed in each). The kitchen, while small, was highly usable with lots of appliances (microwave, grill, kettle, hob). There is also aircon (it was hot when we first arrived). There's a TV in one of the bedrooms. We would have loved to have stayed longer in Hiroshima (we only did two nights). It's such a beautiful city. It was so sad to learn more about the history at the memorial museum & peace park. The whole place does feel extremely peaceful in general. Highly recommended

Perfect place to stay in Hiroshima

Outstanding location, comfortable bed, clean and private… perfect place for exploring Hiroshima. Did I mention the location? Fantastic! Thank you!

This was literally in the best location to everything you need. Walking distance to streetcar, big shopping, restaurants and peace memorial park. We would defiantly stay here again! The space was bigger than expecting and bigger than most places in downtown area.

Good value and lots of space for our family of four adults and one child. A short walk to the Peace Park and the tram. Good grocery store nearby (Sparks) as well as convenience stores like 711 and Family Mart. Kitchen is basic, not really designed for home-cooking much. But there were plenty of good restaurants nearby and bakeries. Comfortable shower/tub with plenty of hot water, good heating/cooling zones, and a wonderful family-style tatami room. Linens were comfortable and plenty of clean towels. For the price, this was a very good value, if a little austere. Third floor walk-up was not a problem. Stairway a little dark. Friendly pub on the first floor.

Yoshi and Maya's place was brilliant. Such a sweet and quirky place. My daughter especially loved the hammock in the living area. The beds were comfortable and everything was clean and well presented. The house was easy to find and instructions were very clear. We arrived at night so it was a little spooky as it was very dark and because we were thinking of the cemetery behind the house but once we saw it in daylight we realised it was just a peaceful place. Overall we loved this place and felt very comfortable there.

Great location! Walking distance from a streetcar station and the memorial park. Hosts were very helpful and accommodating. Near different food spots and convenience stores ☺️

Overall good location for restaurants and entertainment. Area can be slightly noisy at night but not too bad overall. Unit was nice and clean.

Super nice place, close to everything, and super friendly host!

We really enjoyed the traditional feel of this place! It is in a very quiet area that is still very close to all the things we wanted to do and see. Great communication, very clean and pleasant. We will definitely stay here again when we are back in Japan!

great stay in Hiroshima, very clean and lots of space.

Our family of 5 had a great stay at Manami's place. All there as advertised, close to train station but quiet street. Manami was an excellent communicator. A positive experience all round.
