The house is ideal for two adults, but two children or adults can sleep comfortably on the sofa bed in the living room. In front of the house is a cozy terrace.

The 2nd floor is well insulated with new windows, and the floor consists of 2 bedrooms and a hallway with sofa and TV. Bedroom 1 consists of two single beds, which can be moved together on request. Bedroom 2 consists of two single beds. There is also an air mattress and baby bed on request. Closed in January 2026.
