Listing as described 3 real bedrooms, wood burner, laundry dryer. The owner controls the air conditioning/heating remotely and he spent one evening as the wood stove had increased the heat of the room. The owner came to mow the lawn during our stay, we had a note upon arrival at the accommodation informing us, but it should have been done before or after our stay. Very present owner despite self check-in. Small but functional shower Otherwise pleasant stay.

A very good quality Airbnb to reunite with family. I would highly recommend. I especially enjoyed the bedding.

We first selected this cottage for its location, exactly in the center of France. We were gathering for our wedding all our children and grandchildren, coming from all over France. In our criteria of choice, we were mostly won over by the number of bedrooms, the dormitory for children, the large garden, the terrace, the games room, the possibility of taking family walks, the large and very well-equipped kitchen, and in general the beautiful volumes that make 22 people feel comfortable. It was a real pleasure to deal with Isabelle and Benoit, who are attentive, very warm, and responsive. The welcome booklet is very well done. We had a wonderful Easter weekend at Villa de L'Arnon, and highly recommend it. For young and old, this is really the place.

Great, conveniently located place. Myriam is a host with whom it is easy to communicate with. The children's nook is a real plus. The place is very quiet. I would this property.

Out of all my stays, this was by far, my favorite. Surrounded by flowers, trees, a pond, the cottage was idyllic and charming. Martine put so many special touches into it and delivered more hospitality than I could ever expect. The were multiple places to hike- forest trails with wildlife, a beautiful lake, picturesque paths all around. We even walked by a castle, and drove to another one close by. The back garden was lovely to sit and have breakfast in. Martine and her husband, along with her precious adult daughter, Justine, made us feel so welcome. I wish I had booked more of my trip there. I am already planning to return at some point. This was a wonderful place to relax and recharge.
