Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Nontron

One of the best rental properties we have ever used for all sorts of reasons. Nicola was an excellent host who was always very responsive and helpful. The house is set away from a tiny village in a quiet part of the region but this was perfect for us. Lots of space for our two children to play in. The property has been appointed beautifully. I would not hesitate returning.

Great stay in a charming environment near the river - Terry & John were very discrete. We absolutely loved the Jeux de Boulde terrain in the yard and the cosy pizza baking area.

Wonderful stay in a perfectly equipped house, extremely clean and where everything or almost everything is in new condition. Michelle was very attentive, welcoming and responsive. We especially enjoyed the pool and hot tub!

We chose Janine and Mario’s cottage for our 4 week stay as we didn’t know the area and thought we’d like to try Limousin. We chose Janailhac only because it has a depot de pain and a small bar restaurant (both very welcoming)! In reality it far exceeded our hopes. Janine and Mario are great, friendly, kind and supportive hosts who are determined to give their visitors the best possible stay. They provided lots of helpful information about the many interesting and historic villages and restaurants and markets largely within a 25 mile radius so plenty of places to visit. Janailhac is a tiny, pretty, friendly farming village of beautiful rolling fields (and a SuperU at 4 miles). Quiet nights and clean air meant we slept better than in years. The cottage is large and comfortable with a pellet boiler heating system so we were never chilly plus a large open fire place and 2 great hot showers. Well stocked for children with toys, high chair, cot and even a buggy. Highly recommended!

We had a great long weekend in a very beautiful and tastefully arranged home! A green and peaceful environment with various activities! Géraldine is very attentive to her hosts! We would highly recommend this place to stay 👍

Isabelle is a lovely person who is responsive and helpful. The gite was bright and cheerful and ideally situated for my husbands sculpture course in Vihonneur. It offered lots of lovely walks in the surrounding countryside. Rochefaucauld is a beautiful place and is only minutes away by car. I would highly recommend Isabelle's place to others.

We are coming for the third at Isabelle's , always perfect . You can come with your hands in the pockets there is everything , breakfast, towels, shower gel and so on. Parking nearby and especially the old Périgueux which is on your doorstep. Very nice apartment, we recommend without a second thought.

The Nordic spa is a real dream, this is the second time we have stayed there and, once again, we were absolutely not disappointed! The setting, the atmosphere, every detail is designed to offer maximum comfort and relaxation. It feels like home, but better! This place is a haven of peace. Even more beautiful than the photos, the view is breathtaking! We loved Anne-Marie's hospitality, kindness and generosity! She is always good advice and it's a real pleasure to spend time with. We were able to enjoy the pool and especially the quiet and peaceful setting, nothing better to cut off for a weekend 🤍 We'll be happy to go back!

If you are visiting Sarlat as a couple this is the perfect place, close and safe enough to walk into the town, ( 5-10 mins) you can leave your car/ transport safely at Maggie's. We stayed in "Monet" which had a lovely outside terrace, although close to the main road the garden was so green and lush it didn't feel like that. The apartment was well equipped, we only stayed 2 nights but you could easily stay for a week or more with the amenities on offer. Finally Maggie and Ahn were charming and were on hand for any queries. We plan on returning and will recommend to our friends.

We really enjoyed the accommodation, spacious, pleasant and very clean. There's nothing missing! The calm is appreciated, the bedding is very good, and the house is very well equipped. Sarlat is very close, not to mention all the other magical places to visit, a great stay, thank you!
