We would like to welcome you to our sustainable and non-smoking bed and breakfast on the water! Apartment Grutto is located on the 1st floor and can accommodate up to 4 people, with living room/kitchen with sofa bed, separate bedroom and bathroom. The apartment is fully furnished and equipped with every comfort. There is sufficient parking space. Furthermore, we are easily accessible with public transportation (5 minutes walk). There is also a sandy beach on Lake Tjeukemeer within 5-minute walking distance.

Pilotenhof

Here you are a farmer on an arable and livestock farm. The ultimate place for a few nights away from the hustle and bustle, where you have a cozy home at your disposal. You will experience the tranquility of the rural area, although you will hear and see the cows, chickens, pigs and machines. Own potatoes, onions and eggs are included in the price, according to stock. Breakfast & meat can be requested for an additional fee, see pictures. By public transport, it is also only 20 minutes to Central Station and within 30 minutes to the RAI, or the atmospheric Pijp with its many terraces and the museum square.

The location in the heart of Lemmer is great. The view of the boats in the canal gives you an instant vacation feeling. The unique bed and breakfast is located on the upper floor of the house. From your French balcony, you can look out over the water (the Dok) and the boats passing by. The entire floor has been converted into a large luxury guest house with a separate bedroom. Warm materials such as wood, reeds and rattan determine the atmosphere. Serene, tasteful and with a high level of finish.

The farm family rooms are located on the North Veluwe, surrounded by historic towns such as Elburg, Hattem and Kampen, close to beaches, forests, sand drifts and heathland. You can enjoy nature, peace, hospitality and many animals on our small-scale farmhouse. Wake up in the middle of nature under 4-season sheep wool duvets, without wifi or television. Sleep in our beautiful haystack, 30m from the Dijk and the IJsselmeer. 600m from Restaurants, terraces, stores, art & culture and the port of Volendam. Enjoy the beautiful place with the view, the calmness and the pretty garden with several seats. The B&B is private with its own entrance, seperated from the living house. Including a very nice breakfast served in the breakfast room. Excl tourist tax. The rooms are fit for 4 - 8 persons, business travelers, families or other groups.

This comfortably and thoughtfully furnished B&B is centrally located in the Flevopolder, a short distance from various attractions and fun days out. Visit the Dolphinarium (35 min), the Orchideeënhoeve (20 min) or Walibi (25 min). Hop on the bike to see the many tulip fields in the area or to cycle along the water. No private bikes with you? You can rent electric bikes during your stay. The well-maintained breakfast gives you a wonderful start to the day!

Welcome to Villa Abbekerk! Built in 1875, this charming historic home has hosted notable figures such as South African President Paul Kruger and members of the Dutch royal family. Recently, I acquired this property, and I'm thrilled to open it to the public as a bed & breakfast! Villa Abbekerk offers spacious rooms, each with a private ensuite bathroom. Every morning, a fresh breakfast made from locally sourced ingredients is served in the breakfast room.

Warthog Family is a unique holiday home, reminiscent of a small village. 'This village' is equipped for 1 to 5 people and is all alone for you an your partner, your family or your couple of friends! Warthog Family is beautifully situated on the edge of the forest on our nature campsite. This holiday home is approximately 20m2 in size and consists of three separate cottages. The cottages are connected by a spacious wooden terrace of 15 m2.

B&B De Pipowagen In the quiet polder landscape we have our Bed & Breakfast. You will stay in a cozy new detached Pipo wagon in our garden of 4500 m2. The spacious Pipo wagon has a double bed and private bathroom with shower and toilet. You are also welcome in the heated B&B in winter. To completely relax, you can use the Hottub (€25/day) or the Finnish Sauna (€25/2 hours) at an additional cost.
