The kitchen has everything needed for cooking (pots, plates, dishes, toaster, coffee maker, etc.)

In the accommodation, which consists of 2 rooms as well as a bathroom separated into toilet and shower, which is located on the hallway, there is 1 sofa bed for 2 people as well as a mattress on the floor. I live on the two upper floors!

The A52 and A44 motorways are 5 minutes' walk to the city center.
